@@IronheadGarage Yeah I sandblasted the whole T-Bone backing plates,etc. I painted and primed everything. We had this huge overhead basket running Hot Vapor degreaser machine at my job. Boy I tell you I miss that machine along with the huge Ruellin sandblaster they had. With the degreaser machine you would load the basket push a button and the part basket goes up and down into this heated solution for 15 minutes. Comes back automatically and your done. I think it used trychorethylene and was heated in a sealed vented tank environment and you wouldnt smell anything when the parts came out. Chris the parts would come out unbelievably clean. You would have to wear thick rubber gloves to handle the parts when they came out. We made jet aircraft commercial and military engine parts. I used satin black Rustoleum paint on my rearend, leaf springs,etc. I didnt want the gloss look,...Still looks good. Slowly but surely you will get there keep it up..

Hey Sonny! Man those axles did come out nice using that bandsaw lot better then cutting them by hand lol. That center section was not to bad it's only about 80 lbs. I will brother you be safe over on the other side of the mountain. Have a great day👍👍👍

Thanks! Spring time would be nice I'm hoping but will have to see. That rear posi I have only has 50 thousand miles on it so it should be fine. The guy I got it from Had a 56 chevy that he put it in just for a 400 hundred mile Highway trip back in the day. He said it worked just fine. After the trip he took it out and put his race gears back in his 56. He is a trust worthy guy So I believe him. It might need a pinion seal but will see. Thanks for watching Have a great night👍👍👍
