I think you need 1. Pakistan mulberry or white mulbery, 2. Neem 3. Poplar(if you can grow in your area) 4. Sweet potatoe, 5. Moringa, 6. Leucaena tree, 7. Tamarind, 8. Sesbania to have a mixture of different plants in their diets. Having just one tree is a reason why you have aphids. You can also add some flax seeds plants, sesame seed plants for production of seeds so the seeds can be fed as treats to these dairy cows before they go to sleep. all the species I gave you are fast growing pretty easy to grow and replenish once you establish them. They can also be harvested regularly.
