In third life Martyn actually killed Scar when he was on red life but everyone agreed it didn’t count because of how anticlimactic it was so it got cut. That’s the only time I know of it happening. I think it was mentioned in the ImpandSkizz podcast
After that they took a vote though and it was ruled that barring like an actual hack they woyld not bring someone back, they felt it was better not pre planned like that. The only reason Scar got brought back was because it was the first time someone ever permadied and they hadn't really decided how "hardcore" of a hardcore series it would be. Martyn was under the impression it was mostly roleplay and they could just bring him back, scar just didn't understand the rules anyway. So grian made it very clear to everyone after that vote that all deaths are final, no matter how anticlimactic or unlucky or laggy or whatever they were @@BTGTB

i think it’s hilarious the amount of accidental foreshadowing in this episode😂 grian calling the tower death tower, and skizz saying he was gonna die from falling from it, the. both of skizz deaths ended up being from falling from the tower, grian said he would try to prevent that by putting water down at the bottom, but the two spots he didn’t put enough water just happened to be where skizz fell, bdubs saying don’t blow up his tower, then at the end it gets blown up, great episode😂
I saw Tango's POV before this but the silence as you fell was so painful. That concentrated silence and then utter disappointment that you didn't get the bucket clutch or make the lake

I love how you get knocked off Mumbo tower, to your death, and you run straight back up there and don't make any safety precautions despite now knowing just how deadly what you were doing could be. Not one change. You could have put up hand rails of some sort up so you can't get knocked off so easily, you could have widened the water below, you could have set up mine cart rails so you didn't have to go out there... hell you could have just extended the red stone so you didn't need to stay out there... Or you know, use the rail system that Grian set up for you... But nope, straight back up, doing the exact same thing that got you killed in the first place, haha. Love ya Skizzleman. The intro of Grian explaining where they need to fall is such foreshadowing.

PS.: Great job on the minecart cannon. I think the only weapon I'm actually accurate with in Minecraft is a snowball. Hitting a moving target with a minecart from so far away feels like a strange magic.
