I just finished the series today, I loved it but I wish some things were different. The goodbye between Gon and Killua felt empty. I get Killua is leaving to take care of Alluka, and Gon has his own journey. But the two could have at least hugged. I mean they were best friends who faced death together so many times. Also I want to know more about Hisoka if a spin-off series about him was made, I wouldn't complain. Like what was he doing the Chimera Ant Arc. Wil he fight Chrollo? But I loved the series 9/10
read the manga, there's plenty that has happened since the anime ended. chrollo and hisoka fight and gon and killuas main stories are pretty much completed for the time being and the story now focuses on a huge cast of new characters with kurapika and leorio taking the MC mantles from gon and killua for the current manga arcs. the story is getting darker and a lot is going on. (though don't expect to be fulfilled since it's ongoing and togashi may honestly not get to finish the story and came up with some backup plan endings in case he dies before completing hxh
With many shows I have watched, hxh has definitely been one of the best, my friend recommended it to me years ago and when I finished it I was lowkey upset it’s a journey. Such a show.
