I use glycine as a sweetener it's not keto friendly but it's calorie free, I also add vitamin C, NAC, glutamine, lysine plus a high quality bottled water like Mountain Valley, Gerolsteiner or Fiuggi and sometimes I'll add half a teaspoon to a full teaspoon of hydrolyzed collagen.
Just tried the lime in my guacamole.. Love this stuff.. Limes are the best !!

I LOVE putting the orange packets into the seasonings for "ketofied" chicken fajitas or pork carnitas. It makes the meat taste "Tru"-lying authentic.
I made hint of lime chips with the true lime packets. I bought low carb wraps, put some olive oil on it, sprinkled some true lime and salt, cut them in pieces with a pizza cutter baked them @400 until they were crispy. They are so good!
I read the ingredients on the True Orange and that one lists sugar as an ingredient, even though the calories are listed as 0.
for soda i prefer any unsweetened flavored seltzer water like aha, bubly, etc. they cost as much as sugar soda but they are unsweetened. the flavor shines through.
lol! Those are flavored sparkling (carbonated) water, not soda! XD I love Aha! sparkling water, and my favorite flavors are Citrus and Green Tea, and Orange and Grapefruit! :D

Just so you know you can freeze fresh lemon slices. I freeze them on a plate then put them in a small freezer bag. I keep them on the freezer door shelf. They are great to add to a cup of hot tea. Love your channel. I subscribed and going back and binge watching to catch up.

I'm glad this was one. I loved this stuff when it first came out but for some reason haven't used it in a long time. I had some in my cabinet already. I forgot how good it is!! ♥️
Been drinking true lemon for several years. Loved the peach and the lemon. The others tasted too sweet. I like tart. Can't find the peach in the local stores anymore so I'm down to lemon but that's ok. I may order online. My only complaint is that they could easily put twice the amount of packs in one box...I understand this is a marketing/ price point thing.
I was so excited on JetBlue when my mother asked for lemon for her water they gave her 2 packets of true lemon. I was like Joe and Rachel just got those in a keto box and I wanted to try. No more lemons going hard for us.
Had the same thing happen with zevia, mio and liquid sweetners for unsweetened tea. Would drink them whole and the next day gain a lot of water weight for excessive drinking.
Really late to the party here, BUT ... I put one of the lime packets in my SOUR CREAM when i make taco meat.
This stuff is great, instead of having hot lemon water as a treat I can drink it everyday.
Okay so.. I ordered a box if this stuff from amazon. I have been sprinkling it on everything because I LOVE LEMON. I will make a lemonade type drink with 2-3 packets and two drops of stevia. A;so, I like sprinkling it on my salad. I have even sprinkled it on my cucumbers for a refreshing treat.

We've had true lemon in my local store for at least 5 years. I appreciate the review because I had completely forgotten about it/how much I enjoy it. I know what I'll be picking up on my next grocery run

There is also True Energy Flavors that are sweetened with stevia if you do need a little sweeter I add to sparkling water to replace soda. Cheaper than Zevia. Put a pic in the group of them.
Yes the True Energy ones are good but the other drink mixers have 3 carbs in them
Dollar Tree sell the lemon flavor box .it is 8 or10 packs in the box.

I purchased this originally from the dollar tree and have not found since. I stopped by Wal-Mart thinking they sold the original true lemon but they sell the one with sugar. I did not catch it ...i assumed True Lemon changed there logo. I purchased 10 and the first sip I knew I made a big mistake.
I love True Lemon and I have gotten the box of 500. What I have been looking for is any nutrition information. My suspicion is that the processing would remove nutrition but I keep hoping that there may be something left.
The True Lemon website sells them for a decent price. They also have Lemon Pepper seasoning and a couple others. Great video as always!!
The cheapest place we found is Amazon. They have100 count boxes for $6-$8 depending on the flavor

Besides making lemonade and limeade at the office. Sometimes the Zevia is not tart enough for my palate, so I'll add a half pack of lemon and maybe a few drops of Lakanto to improve the taste. I also love it to make my lemon mug cake. YUM!

They are not new had a pack for ages not my fave but a good option. Quitting diet coke is hard, im trying to limit it too even though i already have to only one a day but need to quit it. What do u think of Gatorade zero is it good option?
It’s very hard to quit the Diet Coke. As far as Gatorade zero, I’m not a huge fan because I don’t like the taste. It also doesn’t give you much potassium. I’d rather use zip fizz, ultima or keto vitals. Plus it does have 1-2 carbs in it

They have the same taste. Putting a pack into your water is like squeezing a lime or lemon wedge

DO NOT use True Lemon in your hot tea! The crystals expand & turn into brown sludge at the bottom of your mug. It is disgusting & gross!🤢
