I also found stony tomb has the most consistent HR drops, had one Jah & one Vex drop in my most recent 50 runs, plus quite a few HR in my past runs too.
In the past? Isn't it a new level 85 area? Meaning this area used to drop literally nothing. I call bs.
But regardless if you're telling the truth or not thanks for sharing

nice build, but as we see your not using fb at all? i suspect it is used when you farm other areas?
For stony tomb runs, you will most likely find only one unique pack (zombie) with cold immune & they didn't drop anything so no FB on video haha.
That's what I was thinking. Or against a cold immune unique monster.

@@ilovemf thanks. May he rest in pieces indeed. Anyway, Frost Nova was just for variety, right? Because it can’t compete with blizz. I think it’s a common mistake to even make a hybrid with FO over Blizz, coz even with just 40 points to spend, Blizz is still h the most damaging cold skill.
Serious question. Which would u rather have happen in hc: a) your lvl 80 sorc woth budget gear dying, but you get an ohm rune b) character doesnt die but you dont get an ohm rune

Thanks for the build. I've been experimenting quite a lot with frost nova setups and this is the best so far! Also, Why not use infinity?
Mobs with fire immune are dead with 3-4fireballs & you don't need more - cold res (+ frost nova need a good mana pool/mana regen).
Has anyone ever thought about the release of D2Lod and when runes came out , how they managed to put together jah ith ber to make a enigma. Or even some of the longer rune words and the amount of time it must have taken to find the first rune word. Maybe they gave us a cheat sheet. Hmm

I want to do a build like this. What skills do you max? Nova blizz frozen I know. But what about your other skills?
i felt the pain when that mancatcher rolled 2 sockets.
In this patch 2.6 is rly good infi on merc for blizZz with max telekinesis and around 75 to 80% es.
My damage is around 9400 on blizZz 78% es 2700 mana and 800 life.
Mf is around 250% pretty strong !!!
Yes, with the cold sorc nerf, it is better !

How does this compare to your 20k fireball video/build ? Does the frost nova increase clear speed by alot?
both are awesome, frost nova is a bit faster (with first setup^)

By the way shout out once again to the hammerdin. After the Barb was just not cutting it back to the hammers with Enigma... Mal Ist Vex Ohm Sur and Arachs in 3 days. Plus many more less note worthy drops.

Just love watching endless videos of magic find runs where people find HRs up the ass. While I'm here 1000s of runs in with Zero HRs to show for it. Save a couple of puls. I did find a 15/14 Nighwings in Cows though. I'm Lightning of course 😢

Hey, I don't have any cold 7frw in stock :) but Idealy, i prefer 7frw over life.

If you want to avoid that tele when struck then just use full tals. You don't need all that extra mf from occy and shako anyways. Full tals gets the job done.

Thanx! Yeah, blizzard is most likely an elite sniper skill. With frost nova AOE damage, you'll kill elite pack in no time & also all the mobs around. It is really worth it!

Hey, it was actually cheap^^ got it for a sur rune. Hardcore prices are way lower than softcore for such amu.
