i guess mana is a way to fix the high cost of splashcasters - reward you for keeping them in reserve longer regardless her S3 is basically the candle knight enemy skill - Viviana is sad now
We already have the details, Marci is the only one who does synergy from the squad of 4 [ASPD and DEF], and she has 80 manna cap, with 25 starting 40 with mod 3.
@@lufasu9725 I checked I THINK it grants camouflage, but it's in CN and I only caught a snipet on a livestream about it. It's a good buff to all four Agents.
@@lufasu9725 No, she has the better INVISIBILITY on skill 2, camouflage is the improved form of low priory, but it might just be the Low priority trait like Ambushes have.
HG really out here create an entirely new mechanic only to give it to one operator. Unless season 2 collab happen, I don't think we will get new operator with this mana mechanic since it is Dungeon Meshi thing
Ammo skills were introduced with R6 collab, now every 6 star sniper and their mom have an ammo skill, I wouldn't be surprised if they kept doing this, maybe change the name to fit with Terra, but still implement it in other casters
S3 makes her a really cool Arts helidrop unit. That said, the DP cost on the next deployment is gonna be abyssmal so i really hope the damage scaling on that skills reflects the usage
If only their DP wasn't so high making helidrop too expensive for most scenarios, with their initial cost being equivalent to every other OPs 2nd redeployment.
I think kuma complete misunderstood what chanting is…it's technically not a stance swap but just a demerit to prevent/discouraged people from repeated having her cast skill at low mana amouny
But Kuma, you forgot the most important part!!!! With Marcille, we now have TWO bratty elf girls!!! Each one with her own SET OF TRAUMAS!!!! This is BONKERS for our elf economy in AK
Big brain conspiracy time. [Arknights has a well established relationship with UbiSoft thanks to the R6 crossovers.]+[This new mana system]=Heroes of Might and Magic crossover in the future. Could use characters from old HoMM, 1-3 on the world of Enroth, or Ubi HoMM, 5-7 on the world of Ashan. Another option would be to do it MonHunt collab-style and focus on alts of AK operators. They could do some really weird and cool things with alts: Nearl as an centaur Sniper or Lord using a bow. For extra crazy make her take up 2x1 slots so the fact that she is a centaur really matters. Some caster getting turned into a Power Lich that has a powerful attack/skill but that deals damage to Operators as well. One of the Durin operators get Dorf pilled, grows a bread and fights into fights on a polar bear or starts using rune magic. Will this happen? Probably not but it would be a neat way reuse and expand on the mana system.
Since people like to bring up Megumin from Konosuba, which I greatly enjoy the anime. I would like to take this opportunity to recommend another anime for people that don't mind older anime. The OG female caster that spams explosions would be Lina Inverse from Slayers. She has access to many types of spells, but if she starts to be serious she can spam a spell capable of killing a dragon. She still has to channel it. She even has access to some stronger spells, but they are harder to control and there are consequences to losing that control. Since she can channel the power of a primordial god of chaos, if she loses control, the spell is capable of destroying the world. If I had to describe her, imagine if Kazuma from Konosuba was a prodigy sorcerer supreme, that was also a loose cannon. With things like Frieren and Delicious in Dungeon being as popular as they are. I am hoping to get other people to look into classic fantasy anime like Slayers. I would go so far to say that anime like Slayers served as the template formula for anime like Konosuba and Delicious in Dungeon with the comedy working off the team dynamic. The tone is probably closer to Delicious in Dungeon because apparently it gets darker and more serious later on. Slayers run lasted about a good decade and a half with plenty of movies and like 5 seasons. Keep in mind seasons back then was about 24 episodes. So there is a lot of material to watch. Lina used to be referenced in other media back in her heyday. She is a character in DOTA 2.
It sounds like she is going to be like a step back to the days of having to wait 70s to helidrop Silverash/Eyja or similar operators. I really hope it won't be like that.
alright boys, we getting 5 6* Guards on the next anime collab with Kumo desu ga :'v Shiraori > Reaper Ariel > Brawler Sophia > Arts Guard Wrath > Swordmaster Gullie > Crusher
Hear me out: Shiraori: Ritualist/primal caster Ariel: Juggernaut Sophia: Dollkeeper and she swaps out with her servant (forgot his name now) Wrath: Musha Gullie: It has to be Liberator, that guy never wants to get involved and yet he's probably even stronger than Shiraori.
@@higorgabriel2598 i see ya, but what about Reaper Shiraori with Delta Module Necrosis >:) and Gullie being Liberator, agree 100%, maybe with Lin's shield talent too, for 0 dmg :'v
I'm glad they chose to honor the work and made everyone quirky and fun instead of just another W'isadel. People who skip/miss out on the collab won't feel like their account is forever missing something gameplay wise and ppl who are fans of the show can appreciate the creativity and effort being put in. The gang isn't strong by any means and they could've totally just DungeonMaster'd either Laios or Marcille and make them super OP but they chose the chaos instead and I'm here for it. And we actually got enough roles to actually make a DungeonMeshi only clear niche out of it, so that's even more cool.
@@NoU-jc4kq One part of me really wants those alters (specially Laios) but another wants to avoid having huge spoilers in an unrelated game. Hard decision.
Idk... Senshi sounds like 5* star Gummy, which is... Ok, I guess? Chilchuck seems like a pretty standard agent vanguard with some survivability if you ignore s1. Laios is the only one I think would be pretty weak, s2 makes him not attack so what even is the point of the status effect. Marcille's kit actually seems like there was a genuine attempt to fix splash casters' problem and I'll wait to see how it turns out.

It's also a direct reference to how mana works in the anime.
… mana … we getting a frieren collab
It’s definitely fitting.
Another elf wife is definitely welcome
could just be a mechanic that future casters can use regardless of collab or not, same as ammo used to be for the R6 crew
God I really hope this happens
If this actually happens (copium) I'll definetly return back to this game 😭
Maybe their module is to help each other like AH squad
Thats why chilchuk have module while the other agent doesn't have module

Definitely pulling when she comes, especially because she is the meme elf who says “elves are a proud and noble race we are not lewd”
I summon thee, SKY FISH!
She can only recover mana while undeployed or with the help of that free defender
Senshi
Its ok for me as long as the damage justify the 2 slots
She also regains it 1 per sec after exhausting all her mana
For once I will thank Hyperglyph for making Walter such a bad operator since it makes it easier for me to save for Marcille
Will her mana mechanic make her immune to SP related CC tags?
Probably right? Since she can't even recover mana naturally, it's like she already has -100% SP recover
Them redeploy and DP tags tho.
