yes the original 5 plate design to this was close to the classic IC. Same original maker Reggie Parks.

Looks like a lot of polishing scratches on the plates. I wonder if that's something they could actually fix when making the HD belt, like change out the polishing wheel or something? Kinda frustrating to pay for an HD belt and see those little scratches all over the plates. Or is that just fingerprints I'm seeing?

Yeah I agree they should do better with the polish marks. This was probably one of my worst belts for it. But it’s also more noticeable on belts with a lot of empty spaces.
