@@Nil-tz6gy The original goldens were actually far smaller, it's just that show line goldens were bred to be far bigger than they were supposed to be which is why the breed suffers from so much joint and hip problems and why field line goldens are far healthier. There is a move recently to make show goldens a bit smaller though which is fantastic.
