@@hagarskam3516 he can do that to even if they’re competing together in men’s synchronised, that doesn’t stop him from that. Tom competed in both events this year.
Matty said he wants to focus on the individual event and that’s going to be his main priority

Tom is such enjoyable to watch. He looks beautiful in the air and when he enters the water is pure brilliance. Also I love his personality. I get to know him just this Olympics when he vlogged the Olympic Village Tour and checked him out; turns out he's a wonderful person as a husband to Lance and a father to Robbie.

It feels like Matty Lee doesn't exist. They mention him so casually, as if he is not a living person, but just a shadow of the beautiful hero Tom Daley. This is so unfair.
Tom Daley has been to 4 olympics/ has accomplished more than Matty has yet across his very long career as a diver/ he's won all the major diving competitions now/Matty is an amazing diver too but this was his first Olympics/ only event
