Calm your mind and experience a state of steady focus with this specially made brown noise, perfect for those with ADHD, and anyone else who needs help focusing
Brown noise is a useful sound masking tool, that can block out external sounds and distractions and be used in many different ways. Compared to white and pink noise, brown noise uses mostly lower frequencies and is considered the most soothing to listen to of the three.
This track contains pure smoothed brown noise without any additional brainwave entrainment tones/beats.
    Use it to:
    • Block out distracting noise while you're studying
    • Help you relax or fall asleep
    • Can help to calm and settle nervous and distressed dogs
    • Provide relief for tinnitus

This sounds higher pitch than most brown noise I’m accustomed to. Anyone else feel this way?

This is full spectrum brown noise (high fidelity) so what you are hearing is a fuller sonic profile than people commonly post on YT. It is cheaper and faster to generate limited spectrum noise, which is likely why you are more inclined to encounter it. I am interested in providing people on YT access to the higher quality, full spectrum noise that tends be offered in clinical settings. Ultimately it comes down to preference, of course, but I find that the fuller spectrum noise profiles are more effective for me. Thank you for listening and for commenting!

Still isnt brown noise. Brown noise by definition lacks the higher frequencies.
