I find it a little funny that she's worried about you getting hurt in a duel ... when you've definitely killed dragons, maybe by yourself, and are wearing the dragon's skin as armor.
She's worried because you're facing a master duelist, who's forcing you to use a weapon he's used since he was probably a child and you've likely never held before. If you're a mage, you've likely never even held ANY bladed weapon before and you're not allowed to use magic whatsoever. You're facing him on his terms, in his city, (a city where underhanded tactics and assassinations are not unheard of) and, to top it all off, even though you probably have a a list of accomplishments a mile long, there's still the very real chance that he'll kill you, thus dooming the world to Corypheus' madness and costing her her lover. TLDR: She's right to be worried, no matter how silly it seems to you.
@@antonyduhamel1166 All very good points. I'm simply commenting on the disparity. By this point, you've fought demons, red templars, darkspawn, thousands(!) of bears, and if you're a qunari wearing vitaar, you can take a blade to the face and not stop, even as a mage. But this random, regular dude is supposed to be a threat? To me, the scariest thing about the duel is you could lose. It's established Leliana has people tailing you to watch your back, and you're well known in Val Royeux, so you're probably not going to die. But, to your points, you can still lose the duel. And if you lose, you've definitely lost Josephine. TLDR: You make very good points, and I agree to a point. You're probably not dying, but you can still lose the duel and Josie. I was just commenting the slight disconnect between what you've been fighting and what Otranto can do.
I like the fact that your family has connections to her's and that you can reference that. so many games go with the whole "you cant remember your past" routine, it is refreshing that you play a character who is aware of their history.
Josie and Sera remain my favorite peers for my female inquisitor, but the problem is that I can't take Josie on my adventures to gossip, make acidic comments or produce some scandalous revelation. It is fun to have a girlfriend who is around during danger and can't control her tongue or certain impulses. In that sense, Sera stands out perfectly, but I think that Josie is a more "conventional" choice. In addition, Solas and Vivi would feel very lonely if I didn't take their best friend with us.
I am not going to lie, I have possibly watched this video about three times. Josphine is super adorable and your inquisitor is just gorgeous. But everytime I find myself giggling at the part where Leliana is interrogating the Inquisitor. Mostly likely because I think I am generally that way towards my friend pursues or partners. Then when Josie lets out that frustrated sigh and claims, Leliana is Impossible makes it even better. 😊
I know this comment was made over 2 years ago, but I just got to say that you are wrong. Mass Effect 3’s kissing was not that good at all. It looked pretty much like the kissing in this. Kissing is one of those things that is notoriously difficult for video game developers to do. Even to this day, while it had improved, characters kissing in video games doesn’t look great. It doesn’t look real or natural compared to real life.
58:07 - The whole stance and expression of the inquisitor practically screams "I am so going to murder you little man!". The lord is quite lucky thaty Josephine showed up in the nick of time ... what armor is she wearing during the duel by the way?
I can't remember the name of the armour but you can get the bits in hidden areas in the crossroads during Trespasser. Best armour eating in the game. 'the skin that shields' or something.
I'd love to see Cassandra kick some noble arse. But the funniest part in that entire scene is the Inquisitor's vacant stare at the void while Josephine explains the Durelions' position.
The Inquisitor walks like a gorilla with hemorrhoids in the cut scenes and every woman, in the regular gameplay, has a stance like their spine is broken and walk like their waist is coming off.
In the duel? That's the armour you can get in Trespasser. There's hidden areas in the crossroads where you fight demons to get the bits. It's the highest rating armour in the game.
It's not a mod. That is the Antaam-saar armor. You get it with the Spoils of the Qunari DLC, though that one is either tinted or crafted, bc the armor upon first equipping it is the blue and red seen earlier in the video.
I'd like to play the game for the sake of the storylines, I love Mass Effect, but damn... I realised how shallow I must be, they all look so ugly... do you somehow stop seeing this while playing?
Naw, he's the best. If you break up with Josephine at the duel she storms off and he is like "well, while we're here we might as well practice" and he's your bro.
I find it extremely odd that, even a warrior, has trouble defeating this second pretender. I could understand a mage or an archer but a warrior?! A warrior who has defeated dragons, Darkspawn, gigantic bandits, dismantled a few Carta groups, killed demons, sealed rifts... I get that a Mary Sue is an awful trope that should be erased permanently but seriously... in this situation, I would not object to it. The scene wouldn't need to change much. Josephine would just intervene when you were about to inflict a fatal blow or something. Sure, dueling takes a more refined technique, a specific set of skills, but it's very likely that a warrior, even one not of noble lines, would be more than a match in a duel. If anything, due to having learned several skills in the heat of battle and having, overall, more raw strength. At least the man lost with grace, like a true man does. Sad to see this quality writing being replaced with SJW nonsense and gambling...

Josephine is adorable. She's so sweet and innocent and the way her leg goes up when she kisses the Inquisitor is so cute.
Well we know who wears the pants in this relationship then
What time did she kiss the inquisitor
Props to Ortranto for backing off when he did like that; it was a real classy move and speaks volumes of the person he was.
as i said before, +1000% respect to Ontranto
Thanks for this. I've been waiting for someone to upload a Female version of the Josephine romance with the trespasser ending.
I like the fact that your family has connections to her's and that you can reference that. so many games go with the whole "you cant remember your past" routine, it is refreshing that you play a character who is aware of their history.
I smile when Josephine walks by that guy like he wasn't even there
Giorno Giovanna same that was so funny
I have such a huge crush on Josie and was so glad when I figured out I could romance her. Definitely my favorite, Sera being a close second. :)
Olivia Werner completely agree

No literally, when I met her as a Qunari and she commented about my height I was like ok we know who we're romancing

59:00 something about the "she does?" Makes me snort everytime
Josephine is the Samantha Traynor of Dragone Age, I’ve just realized that. Even though this Inquisitor has her VA.
Every time I see the duel the huge nerd part of me says thats not a rapier. Its practically a cutlass
I can't believe the Inquisitor talked about having fun with Josephine in front of Celene ! It's hilarious ! 😂
I thought bio ware mastered kissing in mass effect 3. Then Inquisition happened

Cassandra stop listening to Varric
Randomgamergirl looks like she buys into everything he says. Thats cute.
She knows not to trust him and just can’t stop. It’s so precious hearing her fall for it again.

am i the only one that thinks that almost every character has aweful posture? looks like a sack of potatoes at most time lol
Deer Lord my only complaint
Well sometimes does 🤣
Gods that true😂
Lol
The Inquisitor walks like a gorilla with hemorrhoids in the cut scenes and every woman, in the regular gameplay, has a stance like their spine is broken and walk like their waist is coming off.
Good to know what Samantha Traynor went to do after helping defeat the Reapers :-)
I thought that voice was familiar
0:12 The clothes the inquisitor is wearing seems so out of place considering the location no complaints but curious as to where they came from

I know this post is 2 years old but if you didnt find out yourself, that's the Antaam-saar armor. It came with the Spoils of the Qunari DLC

Her love theme music is beautiful ❤ I've been trying to find it. Her love story with the Inquisitor is so lovely. ❤
Lol he didn't want to take that ass whippin Cassandra was gonna dish out
I like how Josephines voice change in the DLC.
Cassandra cheering them on is adorable.
Josie's kisses are.. the.. best. 😏
never thought to romance Josie. might dust off DAI again, seem interesting.
+Lamony Jetson One better romances I believe in the game. Still haven't complete Cassandra yet(Maybe during Summer I'll replay DA:I with Cassandra).
"Philipe"... There is a guard named Philipe during the mission in the Winter Palace.
Love your channel! And your Inquisitor is beautiful. 💘

The American female accent is the voice of female Commander Shepherd

Autumn King Thank you... I love being right... ;-)
Poor Phillip
how did you get the invite to go meet the lady in private? im stuck
You have to advance the plot for more sub-plot to open up.
Revan657 thank you and i love your videos really helpful
I was playing and I chose to romance her but my game keeps saying I don't have my dlcs downloaded(when I do) so I can't finish it😢
12:06 how do I find her there
Which armor you wearing from 32:27 to 50:00?? Is it a mod or an in-game available armor? If it's mod can you tell the name.

@@leonaeckert4318 thanks got it now haven't played that game since it was first released. Haven't even played its any dlc
Where in the world did you get the first outfit? I've never seen it before
Trespasser dlc
wht is that outfit in the beginning and where do i get it
It's DLC.
Revan657 is it part of trespasser
Nakeya Trowel ii
How did you get the two daggers or swords? Also how did you get those two swords I saw in the video
By Playing as a Rogue.
I mean how do I get the two swords that she currently has in the vid?
If you mean the duel. It's a cutscene, once it's over they get removed.
I mean the one you character has on her back are they DLC weapons or are they sold from a merchant?
Should just said that from the start. All my weapons are crafted. Some may be DLC, You need the blueprints for them to make them.
Are you gonna make a video of how to create your character?
No, Since I don't even know if I could Re-Create her. Check my Walkthrough I might have created her in the Walkthrough.
Omg i ship this so hard
My favorite 😍
where is that armour from
I'd like to play the game for the sake of the storylines, I love Mass Effect, but damn... I realised how shallow I must be, they all look so ugly... do you somehow stop seeing this while playing?
Aleksandra Wz mods. Search for
Them. Worth it.
Unless you a console player in which cause you just kinda get use to it.
In my opinion there is no worthy crush for romancing with. But Josie is a good one along with Solas.
Hey look it's one of my wifus
what is she wearing in the beginning
Not sure which armor your asking about. I'm guessing you it's the Qunari medium armor, Which is DLC.
If your on about the very revealing red armour at the beginning it's a DLC, you can get it for free with the GOTY edition
Fantasy relationships like this are the reason my bi ass keeps pushing towards fully gay.
I'm so jully on your character
+rainbow galaxy I wasn't to sure of her when I created her. Glad someone likes her :) .
+Revan657 but she so good I can never get mine like that
