My father-in-law won't let me bury my wife of 16 years or see my two children- Victor Odonda Tuko TV

  • Victor Omondi Odonda says his family-in-law hated him from the day they found out he was dating their daughter Jane Adhiambo while she was still in high school.
My father-in-law won't let me bury my wife of 16 years or see my two children- Victor Odonda Tuko TV
According to Victor, what he and Jane shared was pure love and their love saw them stay together for more than 16 years and were blessed with two lovely children.
Jane would fall sick on and off and Victor says he used all his savings on her treatment but when she passed on, her family stopped him from burring her saying they were not legally married and the only choice he had was to get a court order stopping the family from burring Jane too.
Their wrangles have seen Jane's body lay at Kenyatta mortuary since 2018
The father of two also says his father-in-law has also taken his two children
All he wants now is the right to bury his wife and a chance to hold his children one more time.

Am thinking sometimes love someone enough to let it go. Let them bury their daughter the way they want you showed her love and she knows you loved her , her body is just a vessel of her let it go. Now fight to have your children in your life and give them a parents love and allow them to see their grandparents. Let them have the body.

This happens a lot I have had such stories mpaka mtu alipe mahari but at form 3 she was young but he did not abandon her he stepped up as much as parents at that point are angry. Even if you are given money it will not heal the pain or bring your daugher allow her to rest even for the children to be at peace knowing their mother is laid to rest. Keeping children from a parent who is willing to love and support them has a psychological and mental impact and they carry brokenness and rejection to their families even in the future. This is causing more damage than good. 2 years someone is not yet burried jameni

Don't they make mistakes or ever made any to make this man suffer surely?
