Wondering why it's called a 'waltz' if it is not in 3/4, nor even in triple time.
It's Liszt lol
It follows on from the first Mephisto Waltz, where the dance is so devilish and fast that that triple time has reduced to the threes in the compound meter!
How come the score is different to what he plays sometimes?
It's just him doing his own stuff like what Horowitz does. It sounds pretty good though
