What happens when you put a PAL game on an NTSC PS2? (PCSX2) (read description)

i havent uploaded videos in a while... or a year lol, so just because i dont want you guys to think my channel is dead here is a bug in PCSX2 also ill explain why this happens
Reason why this bug happens:
Normally for an example if your PS2 is a NTSC model (USA or Japan) and if you put an PAL disc (europe) the PS2 should give an RSOD (red screen of death). But because im using an emulator it forces the bios to be PAL or something and this barcode type glitch shows up. And for some reason the game still opens up perfectly
