Hey Flash. I've seen this one before also. It really is lovely. Not to mention Pam's design of choice. U shaped house with a pool in the courtyard. I've really got to get my a** out there soon. New knee coming the end of Jan. Take care and keep em coming. P n D
For sure - lots of folks (me included!) don't love stairs. I had double-knee surgery earlier in 2023, so I love the single-level options. Thanks for watching!
It indeed was on the rental market about a year ago, however it was far more than that - it rented in the neighborhood of $2000 USD. Maybe you saw a different house?
Thanks for watching the video! I'm sorry to read your comment; Casa Oso is super amazing, and I think several thousand happy residents of El Centenario would disagree with your assessment of their neighborhood - it's utterly gorgeous, peaceful, and growing steadily out there. More great restaurants, easy access to loads of amazing beaches, the shopping district just eight minutes away & downtown Malecon only 15 minutes away... Pretty amazing from where I'm standing. Oh and Casa Oso comes fully furnished with fabulous furniture, a stocked kitchen, and a Ford SUV! You ought to have an open mind, and come & check it out... I think you'd likely change your opinion! ...alas, each to their own - I'm still grateful you're watching the videos! Come back soon!
@@GordWilsonsBajaLife thank you for responding to my comments. It tells me that you are a conscientious Real Estate agent. I guess, that is my problem. I find that wherever Americans go, they take America with them. This home is like a shooping mall, or cruise ship or theme park. Add some Mexican flavour, like Disney World, and here is your home. Suburban USA, but in Mexico. I want more flavour of the country, near the Ocean? Or local community. Do you have something like that? Kind regards From Toronto.
Indeed - we have lots of great listings on the market right now - shoot me an email - gordon@bajaliferealty.com - and we can get you set up with a portal on our MLS, and I can hone in on sending you a nice selection of some great stuff!
You are truly, as they say an Ignoramus. What Mexican could afford this? They are built for expats, bringing US$. There is no economic activity here beyond tourism. Canada is a very rich country. Maybe you should come and see, but oh no, you couldn't afford it. Better to live Like a King in Mexico with your USD. $400k would buy you a studio condo here. So enjoy. And stay in the desert.
Thanks for watching the video, and sorry to read your comment! We do pretty careful market comparisons and research, and the La Paz market has really boomed in the last few years, so we work very closely with a seller to provide an accurate and attainable price. With the size of the property, all the awesome furniture and amenities, and the extraordinary view from the rooftop, we're very confident with the pricing! Why don't you come and check out the house & property? I'd be happy to provide a tour and I'm confident you'd change your mind!
The home is really nice and looking for a place like that with a pool, room for entertaining, peace and quiet.😊👍❤️
For sure, it's awesome!
Much nicer video than the other ones. I can appreciate the property. Thanks for showing it, but not what I’m looking for yet.
Glad it was helpful!
Hello. Good to see you again sir.😊👍
Welcome back
aaaaaand….
🤣🤣🤣🤣 Good one slipping THAT in at the end!! Hahahahaha
...he's including the car! Hehe.

Be safe and careful.😊👍🙏
Thank you, I will
Why ?
I like that there’s less steps.

High five 👋 from Yucatan
Back atcha!
How about instead of describing the view, please show it.
We do try! At around the five minute mark, we go up to the rooftop pergola & Katelyn shows quite a few aerial views!
If the place is $400,000 then I may be interested in buying. Let me know. Thanks.
Hi Maverick, it's $469k USD - here's the MLS: www.flexmls.com/share/9dPvJ/Casa-de-Oso-7-Calle-Torote-La-Paz-
i saw it on a FB for rent , 24+k pesos

@@GordWilsonsBajaLife i think the house was the same maybe I just didnt get the price right
@@mex5341 We almost rented it, actually! I love Ed Rose's designs - the houses are all super cool! 🤩
The way that you make us struggle to hear you over that lame music is amazing. Thank you.
Thanks for watching! Sorry you weren't happy with the audio mix - we are admitted amateurs at this but trying to get better!😝
$470k for this, out in a waste land. No thanks.

@@guenthermichaels5303 since you're from Canada, you shouldn't be talking about "wasteland". Stay where you're at..

Way overpriced. Pitch it to ignorant Canadians and Americans who do not know the area.

Unfortunately it feels very much not Mexican but what a gringo thinks is authentic Mexican architecture
@@joyannesloan8384 Thanks for watching! It was built by a Mexican! ☺
