Harvesting Medium Meat Turkeys with Poultry Cone

Here's a basic setup for harvesting 20 - 25 lb meat turkeys using a poultry cone. Shown is the Rite Farm Products extra extra large cone, which needs modifications to work but at least is affordable.

Thanks for the suggestion with the cone. I thought it was just my inexperience with harvesting that was making that brand of cones difficult to deal with. Also have you tried using a wire for the legs that is held in place by a screw to the side and wraps about their feet? It was a tip I received for butchering ducks.
