Well how about a property tax hike law and construction cost law and how about a law restricting how much my food keeps going up, and what about gas price hikes... I think a cheeseburger should cost no more than .50 cents... A gallon of gas should be no more than .30 cents... How about the extremely high price of a pack of cigarettes that cost about .50 cent with profits with the rest going to taxes... Our government has no business telling business owners what they can charge when the government charges such high prices themselves.. The high prices are a direct reflection of the greed of our government..

Duhhhh... Rent control.. Duhhhhh... Rent cap... Or how about we fuck off and let the markets do their thing? A bureaucratic face forcing the market to meet our whims wont do anything but further the problem. We cant change how things work, but we can accept how things work, and use it to our advantage.

I could have done this in 2 seconds. "Landlords have been screwed-over."

How about getting a better paying job or a career. It’s not the landlords fault you can’t afford the rent. I think if we change the law to reflect the increases the owner expense has to pay annually. The tenant wouldn’t like this.
