Gameplay explained is a series of FPS gameplay in which I try to explain the various skills, decisions and best practices you may want to master to start winning more games. I try to explain how I win fights, beat noobs and survive against pros. The point of these guides is to show in real-time what differences there are between experienced players and casuals.
Apex Legends is a battle royale game based in the Titanfall universe that's defined by squad battles emphasizing teamwork and use of a unique pinging system.

Since I submitted this video about 2 weeks ago, I have actually increased my mouse sensitivity a tad bit and I have a MUCH bigger space for my mouse now.
In the heat of battle I need to "calm down" and assess the situations for sure. Like that last fight, in hindsight I can see how the positioning of the other team should have lead me to push back instead of fighting the Wraith, however in the heat of the gun fight I'm more focused on red hahah
I'm definitely an aggressive Rusher. I usually go R99+Shotgun or Prowler+Shotgun. I've even done double shotgun once! :P I think focusing MUCH more on my positioning throughout the entire fight has really helped me out. My highest damage used to be 700 and 4 kills. I just broke my PB yesterday and got the 2000 damage badge and 13 kills :)

I've been using a medium mouse pad for a long time. What's the advantage of a large mouse pad.

Looking at this, I think I'm naturally a Rusher. Whenever a fight starts my instinct is always how I can flank and surprise an enemy. Unfortunately, I often push too early, or don't have the skills to back it up even when i do surprise someone. Apex is the first shooter I've played in over a decade, and the first shooter I've ever played on PC. It's tough. Glad to have your advice, though. I'll look forward to tomorrow's vid.

Nice, me too! I want to thank you a bunch for revealing to me that this entire time I was lamenting not being "" aggressive when really it was just a play style issue. I'm a support player!
Now I just need to hone in on that style and communicate with my team and figure out how to best mesh in situations where rushing feels like the only way (team in buildings)
I think I'm a Rusher I think xD I honestly have no clue, I'll change characters constantly and sometimes I give away valuable items for my team, but at the same time I will literally run into a fight but have horrible shooting skills and die, that's a reason why I haven't uploaded a clip in like a month xD

Im a 100% support player, im horrible at rushing or close combat in general. How do I play with a rusher friend effectively? He tends to rush in too soon, going down leaving me solo (duo situation) which in turn ends in a lost game. We both have a lot to learn so any tips would be greatly appreciated
