From dissecting playstyles to all the mechanics and concepts you've explained in depth have kept me alive in games far longer than I should've been, and because of your strategic inputs I've actually become a valuable addition to my team, who may have much better aim than me, but were seriously lacking in strategy. I consider myself to be in the "slightly above average" skill bracket mechanically and below average in game sense wise, but I've already noticed a huge improvement in overall placement and KDA and damage by following your tips and breakdowns. I Just came back to apex Hit predator season 2 only played 3 months that season came back to a totally different game with no team And you helped me alot I hit diamond in a week and Might hit predator again next season
When he has his bubble and you use his gunshield, absolutely! He's a tank when used well. Outside of those he dies very, very quickly in open combat though and requires some understanding of what to avoid. He's a great addition to any team atm
Bobby Smith I couldn’t disagree more. Gibby is very strong if played well but he’s definitely not forgiving. If you’re caught without cover or without your dome you’re the biggest easiest target in the game.
@@williamferguson1817 I main octane i refuse to engage a gibby heads up ! I am not drawing down on a gibby facing me in any circumstance . I will try to get him from the side or behind or i die every time . Hit him for 150 then 50 in shields and his teamates pop up and i have no ammo!
npcwill definitely better to engage from the side or rear if possible but otherwise I recommend getting close and hipfiring while strafing. Gibby has to ads to get his gun shield and is so big that strafing doesn’t help him and your hipfire will be easy to hit him with. You will win more fights against gibbys that way.

Maybe he didn't want to use medkit 🤔 Also, I think it's best not to use Phoenix kit in mid-fight unless you have gold armor (and he was safe in the house) and he has purple armor so it's better than blue armor too
Economy. On late-game scenarios, the rythm of the situations probably won't allow you to pop a phoenix -unless you have a gold shield or you are lifeline- so it's better to use it when you actually have the time and replace the now-free inventory slot with some heals that are faster to pop.
aim is number 1 thing in this game. if you don't have it that's what this gibby needs to work on. you can over analyze gameplay but ill tell you that is what wins fights.
Definetly not. Positioning and cover-usage are way more important. Aim only decides battles when both participants are out of position. Stupid people with the best aim in the world wont get past diamond imo.

What's the point of him using a phoenix kit at 12:14 when he left a full blue shield in a deathbox..
