Hey Baz ive always been taught to keep the batteries for the welding mask away from each other and even if they make contact through the plastic bags it may cause discharge of the batteries.
The 2 machines on the end of the video are called power harrow and the roler on the back is called a packer roller. It conditions the soil and levels it off after ploughing and the backer roller backs the soil back down.
Hi Baz can’t wait to see the struggler on the Xmass special. Another great video. Merry Christmas to you the director and all your team. Great team work.
You take your time off, i burned out 20 years ago, did me irreparable damage mentally,90 hour weeks through the night for ten years, cost me my marriage and sanity, 65 now and retired, love it, but you can't turn back the clock 😢 happy Christmas Baz + Director and all the Fox employees and family 🎄🍺👍
Seen to fox group wagon’s in Darlington the other day coming off the a1 two in convoy thought of the welder fabber straight away top man all the best for 2024
Hi , a small tip after removing the teeth off the bucket, try putting on only one tooth at a time from the right hand side . That way you will have more clearance as you swing the hammer , it wont hit the replacement tooth . All the best to yourself and the rest of the guys .
To the other lads in the workshop, the Director & Big Bad Baz...... Thanks for the great content in 2023, looking forward to what you'll do in 2024. It's a brilliant channel, well done to you all & best wishes for the future. ATB
Another cracking video and 5 months gone quick vids keep getting better and better credits to you and director top work looking forward to Xmas special
For the mask battery’s the interior lights in the van set the sensitivity off on it when your not using it time to time and drains them aventually been having the same problem with mine till I realised it was getting set off from the van interior lights
Good day baz i was watching youre episode of the cat 320. And you where talking to the oparator about electric grease guns. In holland a lot of machines are fitid with automatic grease systems. I can tell you they work i have oparated a 40 ton excavator with 12000 hours on the klok and stil the pins and bushes from the factory. You shoud look in to that. Greets from holland
Another belter baz looking forward to seeing you and Chris on Christmas day pal .I would like to wish you and all your family and work colleagues a merry Christmas and all the best for the new year 👍👍👍
Morning Baz thank you for sharing some great videos this year, looking forward to seeing new ones next year, hope you all have a great Christmas and a happy New Year mate.
Christmas special will definitely be getting watched when it's released come back to this to re jog my memory top work this year baz director and the rest of the fox group and welderfabber team Merry Christmas to you all and I look forward to what 2024 has in store for welderfabber 💪👍
Another great chronicle, merry Xmas Baz and the Director and to all your lads and so good to see the struggler at the end, can't wait for the Xmas special
Class as always, that machine driver is a good character, their getting thin on the ground them lads, great to see the struggler doing a bit with ye,hope he does some work for ye in the future, ye would make a great team
Glad to see you taking a break when it's needed. From a man who didn't. "Take time for your wellness or you'll be forced to take time for your illness". Merry Christmas to all
Merry Christmas Baz Brillant vidoe thnks for the time it take to do it not easy o they power harrow for top dressing argiculture land or lawns 👍 that digger driver good lad🤣👍🇨🇮🇨🇮🇨🇮🇨🇮gretting from county Kerry irl
Baz the welding mask might be going flat if it picks up on the lights in and outside the van if it's on Auto or welding mode (LED's and strobes often set them off a lot if they are the right frequencies and brightness) and even pick up on light being reflected off paint and hi vis strips and stainless steel and sparks from grinding and machining. The more sensitive the lens and bigger / more light detecting area and lens the more it happens in my experience some make and brands are worse and some are better. My co worker found some Optrel helmets basicly and frustratingly unusable in field environments with beacons and strobes on equipment and crushers due to this frustration, but we are working out of utes. Sometimes it's easier to keep the mask in the bag they come with or put it in a draw or dark place or leave it in grinding mode if that disables the auto lens, Sometimes the manufacturer has a recommendation for storage, also those small batteries can discharge pretty quick when loose and not stored in the pack before you chuck em in due to static. Looks like a 3M helmet, How do you rate them? and does the PAPR (breathable air) system work for you and the lads? in the workshop and quarries ? Cheers mate
Great content bud still loving it can't wait for the struggles to turn up well done guys and stay safe all. And have a merry Christmas and a happy New year guys .👍👍👍🍺🍺🍺
All the best to one and all and your families. Watching from the medical assessment unit at royal Preston hospital. May not be home for Christmas so looking forward to your Christmas day special. Thanks for keeping us all entertained. Ps I'm agency op and have my own electric grease gun which is in my car and gets used on whatever piece of plant I'm operating.
Merry Christmas Baz, the director and the Fox team. I'm looking forward to the Christmas special already 👍🏻👍🏻 I'll definitely make the time to watch it. .... The last 5 months have flown and I've gained a really good insight into heavy plant maintenance and repair. Have a good and relaxed break during Christmas. When you feel burnt out it's time to listen to your mind and body as this is potentially mistakes are made or worse. Merry Christmas 🎄🎄🎄 Gary 🦉🦉
Aup Baz, on that link arm I’d of put a lock nut on the bolt you welded to the eye and tightened it up to it that’ll stop it pulling in the thread in the end of the tube 👍🏻
Merry Christmas Baz to u , director and the guys in the workshop! Great busy chronicle! Looking forward to u and the struggler special on Christmas day! 👋💪😎🌲
Morning Baz, always a great start to a saturday with a new chronicle. Wishing you, the Director and all your team a very Merry Christmas 🎅🌲 Hope you all get some rest
I know what you mean about the full revs on a machine..I've done a small amount of plant moving and was taught by a old hand that just above idle is only needed loading/unloading from a truck because you aint pushing/digging earth.
Merry Christmas Baz enjoying all the chronicles & how you explain stuff fantastic. Like the jacket you gave the professional struggler be good to buy it well done baz when you going to do anything with foxy be great episode to do merry Christmas & happy new year to you all & the Director Paul Attwood 👍👍👍👍👍
Hi Baz I had the same bother with my Speedglas eating the batteries. It eventualy stopped working just outside the warranty. I am now using the Jackson BH3 PAPR all the controls are on the outside so you never need to lift it. I will not be buying another Speedglas.
hi baz, the xxi has a sensor that detects movement, so you don't have to turn it on manually. I have the same problem myself when I often take it with me in the service vehicle. Every bump in the road it sees as a signal to turn on. which means it is always on while on the road.
Areet Baz, cracking video as always mate. I know you have spoken in part about the welding processes that you use but it would be great if you could dedicate a chronicle solely to the main types of welding that you guys do, how they all work and why you choose said type of welding for certain applications. Merry Christmas to you all.👊
Leaving the welding mask out in the light can cause it to come out of its 'standby' mode and in a state it is ready to go dark at a moments notice. I know its slightly impractical, but store the mask out of the light in a bag or case and you will find the batteries will last much longer. I found this out when someone left my mask (3m like your one) out in the day light for a week and it went flat...
Morning Baaz another great episode of getting things done . I see you got "struggler" to deal with. Can't wait for Xmas episode p.s professional struggler needs to move forward to becoming a "vetterran struggler " . Wish you and your loved ones merry Christmas and a happy New year stay safe and well.
Merry Christmas to u and director and lads 🎉🎉🎉 that a power harrow lad and packer roller on back they destroy bering and gear boxes all time plenty breakers out there u could get a packer roller second-hand cheaper than make one 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👈👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌 back to grafting now 😉
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to Baz and the Team have a good one. I watch some of the American channels and they all use Anchor Lube for drilling and tapping have you tried it? Maybe you could get sponsored.
41:03.....Director Took a Hit to the Lens.....wow, that is dedication.......
I just realized you are located in my Hero's Home town of Bolton....Fred Dibnah.....may he always be remembered as a Great Man....Amen
Those young guys are so lucky to learn your knowledge
You should come to Dungannon and get a tour of both mccloskey and powerscreen’s factories
The tail lift bolts go in from the back 😆😆
Two of the best channels on you tube .
Meny Christmas and a Happy New year to all
Hey Baz ive always been taught to keep the batteries for the welding mask away from each other and even if they make contact through the plastic bags it may cause discharge of the batteries.
Also touching both sides of the battery makes a circuit a drains some power.
Merry Christmas and a happy new year to you baz,the director and the lads in the workshop
Thanks for sharing lads, have a great Christmas.
47:59 yeah ya would save half hour every day. So it works out 💪
The 2 machines on the end of the video are called power harrow and the roler on the back is called a packer roller. It conditions the soil and levels it off after ploughing and the backer roller backs the soil back down.
You’d be quicker sourcing a new roller from Andy Guest who does it day in day out.
Hi Baz can’t wait to see the struggler on the Xmass special. Another great video. Merry Christmas to you the director and all your team. Great team work.
"for carrying all my GPS equipment".. hero! lol

Hi , a small tip after removing the teeth off the bucket, try putting on only one tooth at a time from the right hand side . That way you will have more clearance as you swing the hammer , it wont hit the replacement tooth . All the best to yourself and the rest of the guys .
Yes that's what I do. Can't understand why operators don't change their own teeth.
Happy Christmas too you and family mate and the Director happy Christmas both keep it up
Great view of the cutting disc. They run hot.
41:17 😂😂 Director nearly got hammer in the face😂😂

I moved my head out of the way. And I was sat at home. 😂

To the other lads in the workshop, the Director & Big Bad Baz...... Thanks for the great content in 2023, looking forward to what you'll do in 2024. It's a brilliant channel, well done to you all & best wishes for the future. ATB

For the mask battery’s the interior lights in the van set the sensitivity off on it when your not using it time to time and drains them aventually been having the same problem with mine till I realised it was getting set off from the van interior lights

It's a very nice yake tank for sure. But the Blue beauty need a big yellow cat.
a mod Ibe be tempted to do there is fitt a grease nipple in the piece tht has the pin it swivels on
What’s the cost of one of those power screeners? I assume hundreds of thousands.
I'm a new subscriber, thanks for the great videos.
