- వైకాపా పాలనలో రాజధాని అమరావతిలో పడకేసిన వివిధ సంస్థల నిర్మాణ పనులు కూటమి ప్రభుత్వంలో ఒక్కొక్కటిగా ప్రారంభమవుతున్నాయి. ముఖ్యంగా కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ సహకారంతో నిర్మిస్తున్న పనుల్లో పురోగతి కనిపిస్తోంది. నేషనల్ ఇనిస్టిట్యూట్ ఆఫ్ డిజైన్ వంటి సంస్థలు ఇప్పటికే కార్యకలాపాలు నిర్వహిస్తుండగా..ఫోరెన్సిక్ ప్రయోగశాల పనులు ఊపందుకున్నాయి. ఇదే తరహాలో అమరావతిలో భూములు తీసుకున్న సంస్థలు కార్యకలాపాలు ప్రారంభించేలా ప్రభుత్వం చర్యలు చేపట్టింది.

why to wait 2.5 years for capital growth. We have Non pooling land ready to start immediately to help capitak, ap growth....please think.
*FAST visible works in Amaravathi and trust will help capital area* people to recover their business, as it is before 2019. Else it will slow down again and people shift to hyd.
Along with state, the *Amaravathi CAPITAL also collapsed by previous govt and that need to reversed assp fast for state growth.*

*My suggestion:*
Developing pooling land & plots may take 3 to 4 years.
*Meanwhile why can't GOVT, private sector focus on non-pooling lands.*
*Ex: We lost 5 years. Why to wait 2.5 years to have pooling infra.
For immediate growth, confidence in Amaravathi area, build acmedical college in Pedaparim Tadikonda, kanteru ate. Ask big eastablished AP companies like KIA, Foxconn, APSTRC, CRDA, NOVATEL, Amararaja to buy some 5 to 10 acres land in non-pooling BEST areas areas (like Pedaparimi, Tadikonda, Kanteru or Kaza villages) which are beside Capital and start constructing a min 30 or 40 or more floors buildings as their HEAD office with quick (8 to 10 months) completion time frame. If KIA and other big players spend 300 or 400 cr they get good head office ready.*

Private corporates and institutions need firm assurance that they will not be disturbed in future even if the govt changes. Is it possible? It all now depends on Babu how he is going to steer the govt. AP’s situation is highly volatile. Caste and cash politics are at the crux. Jagan with his loads of cash, his popularity among SCs including christians, STs and some backward castes is still intact besides his teddy community. He now needs only to break Kamma ( Babu’s caste) and Kaapu ( Pawan Kalyan’s caste) unity to finish the present govt. These question will be weighed by Private corporates before investing in Amaravati. If all govt institutions finish their work and start the work with in 3-4 years then capital city will be getting some shape which can’t be changed in any manner in future with any change in govt.
Why keeping all the private investments only in Amaravati? Do you want to risk splitting AP into three parts again? Focusing everything in one place creates regional inequalities, which could lead to another bifurcation.
