Glad you enjoyed the video. The 100 Rings part is from a stage mod from Sonic Mania, and the 150 Rings part from a fan-game, called "Sonic Robo Blast 2", which also is modded.

It's something else, it's "Sonic Pocket Adventure" on the Neo Geo Pocket Color. A game released in 1999 on this handheld console.

This game is called "Sonic 4 Episode II", but modded. I installed a classic sonic character pack and added an Aquatic Ruin remix to this stage.

That's Sonic Pocket Adventure, for the Neo Geo Pocket Color! It features a lot of Sonic 1/2 level themes with Sonic 3 music. The modding scene for the game isn't super well developed yet, so no one has added in the Aquatic Ruin music yet.
