To join the community, go to the LEVELS TEST in my linktree and JOIN THE DISCORD! We're setting up a community based on psychological assessment and personal growth.
This is my first sponsored video! I am growing really fast. I made my first TikTok post in late July 2023.
This video explains the diagram I made, what it's for, how it works, and how to read it, as well as each level, how it works, and how to see it in yourself in the world. It's my personal interpretation of a model of consciousness that I studied, but it's re-written to make it more understandable to a big audience.
    DIAGRAM HERE: (bottom link)
    linktr.ee/hoemath
I use this diagram to show how people think and where some of the crazy thoughts in our society come from. It's having a big effect! Lots of people are figuring things out, and that's satisfying to me, especially when someone who's been spending a lot of time at level 6 realizes "oh NO! I've been letting people at level 3 get away with a LOT!"
I hope you enjoy the explanation and the little bits of gentle humor peppered throughout. More relationship content coming soon!

Maybe you know them already but in manufacturing we use the 5 Why's to get at root cause. It's a lot like you description of thinking things through at the end of the video.
I don't think that people 10,000 years ago were less intelligent than people today. I hope that you were using tribes/Romans/Medieval describing the lower levels as analogy only; Aristotle et al.

I'm almost 30. I've been at a new job for about a month now. Yesterday, for casual Friday, I wore a normal tshirt. My boss called me over and politely talked to me, saying I need to wear collared shirts. Keep the casual professional. He was very nice about it. And I felt anxiety for 30 mins because I had done something wrong. I grew up with unforgiving parents and deal with this kind of stuff internally, but I'm getting better at it recently. Anyways. I wanted to just go home and change so I didn't feel bad anymore. I thought about how my boss might have been stressed because maybe HIS boss mentioned it to me and he felt like HE did something wrong. And I caused all of that stress. I didn't like that. But. I realized I was being ridiculous. I told myself it's just a shirt and I'll fix it next time. And I was able to do that because I have become able to see how I emotionally respond to things and why I respond that way. I've been changing a lot of things recently since moving past some unhealthy attachments and I've been able to do so because I can see how and why I react the way I do. I think about why I do it and if what I'm so worried about is actually something to worry about. Most of the time it isn't. I feel like this self awareness puts me most of the time at a 8.

My therapist told me that although it is a good skill to be able to watch yourself and others and analyse yourself and your past in relation to your present that I should stop. She told me sometimes you just need to exist and move about the world without constantly processing and analysing and trying to put pieces together and figure out why things are happening. Constantly solving puzzles about your own actions and others actions is so draining and learning how to turn that skill off is something so vital (for me at least) so I don't burn out and die due to simply just exsisting.

You just have to balance it out. There's no trick anybody can give you. Acting and then analyzing why you acted XYZ way and then analyzing the framework you use to analyze your actions is all you need. I mean you can recurse from there if you want to into details but that's not something you need assessing.
I personally spent a lotta time overthinking so after some time I said "fuck it" and basically dropped into 3. Then I hit a wall with my ability to get things done and after some time realized "oh, that's when I need to bring my old tools back" and hopped over it properly.

It's said that therapy is much better and do more good to women than men as majority of therapists are women so yes we do get wonderful recoveries and results when a woman consults a woman therapist than a when a man consults a woman therapist as we have different psyches work differently and think differently but still all the therapists out here thinking a funnel of process would work on both genders which is purely speculative, if not hypothetical
Perhaps one who doesn't put himself through strain achives no growth as growth in itself lies outside your comfort zone.

My therapist calls this objective intellectualizing of my self and told me this is what leads to my analysis paralysis in choosing who I am. She warned me that disintegrating my identity into a collection of processes influenced by time, surroundings and values is what lays at the ground of my panic attacks when I internally realize that knowing will never get me what I want, which is - still - control, but without interfering with the agency of other people around me.

I see what you mean. Alot of times in life we understand things by their opposites as well, showcasing a balance in that form of thinking/feeling. Almost like for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. While I can see that these thoughts lead to a loss of self, at the same time it's your eyes interpreting light waves at whatever interval in order just to percieve, it's your skin detecting energy in the air and that's how we feel heat energy. Our minds interpret this natural world(and only at it's speed, this speed differs from thing to thing) and with every last bodily process we have we internalize this natural world and regurgitate that same info but with our own unique twist. In that way you are creating this world and that's what you have control over, the meaning of it all. And if you wanna be damned by it then you will, if it's freeing than it's freeing.

I like that you stated that higher levels of thought doesn't exactly mean they are better, I've struggled with anxiety my whole life and I definitely get trapped in loops of overthinking and decision paralysis. I have learned in my adult years that sometimes its okay to chill at the lower levels and just be yourself. But I think if everyone had even just one breakthrough moment where they thought at higher levels, we would have a much better understanding of our world and how to live happily with one another.

      @metagorge 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +44

decision paralysis =/= higher levels. same for overthinking. you can overthink from the same single perspective, and have decision paralysis from one frame of view, while neglecting other frames of view. you can also 'chill' at higher levels, especially if it's bringing you answers to questions that could not be answered at lower levels, and allowing you to be more productive than you would have been otherwise, and therefore content with your improvement. there are many examples of this. I think anxiety is more of a nervous system problem and can happen at any level, low or high.

Right and best is situational… that’s what you realize at second tier…and as you climb higher you still retain access to the lower levels.
In fact not having them as a solid foundation can make you dysfunctional even when you are at higher levels of awareness. Which is why it is important to understand the impact of trauma in undermine that foundation. The climb is important because you become more versatile and less reactive to other people. You see people less in terms of good and bad and more in terms of different degrees of being awake. The less awake they are the more people and things they bump into.

After you’ve analysed ur feelings so much that it just feels weird to watch others so easily succumb to that short term relief of revenge or whatever. It can even trap you in this feeling of being above all these things that it’s stops you from wanting to enjoy basic human desires like chase women and make friends. It always seems to be interpreted as you thinking urself to be superior and you understand exactly why they think that and why you think the way you do but can never communicate that.

Knowledge (LEARNING not thinking) is the best way to develop your logic. Productivity is a skill. Emotional maturity is a skill. And all of this things can get you a good job and a good partner EASILY. Thinking is basically your bain making inaccurate theories and impeding you to be in the present moment, while skills ground you to real life. Your dead on the money, meditation is definitely key. Meditation helps your mind expand but not just meditation alone, your mind has to be willing to expand and you cannot expand if you do not make room for more ideas to enter your mind unbound by biases. The more you can open your mind and be less judgmental the more room for expansion. Nuance is key for true growth, when you press in to learn more and understand more both light, dark and everything in between the universe unfolds everything in front of you. It's like staring into the abyss, the abyss stares back into you. Likewise the universe, don't stop, keep pushing. Leave not one stone left overturned and life as you know it will look like a matrix. More layers will peel back and just observe, lvl 9 is where it's at but only if you can handle it. You have to open your own mind to expand that far, it's a matter of one's own will to make a way. Will you tell yourself you know enough or will you open up to be once more surprised that this universe is in communion with you.

That's what Zen masters call "the thinking brain disease". The less you THINK, and the more Present and aware you are, the happier you are. Thoughts can never grasp reality, it's a fake version of it in your brian, and all your theories about anything are psychologically proven to be extremely biased, colored by subjectivity. If you were to accept LIFE is about the RIGHT NOW, would you spend your RIGHT NOWs thinking up in the wall? Or would you interact and interact and interact and interact? Eastern misticism is all about being in the present moment and radical awareness, they knew thoughts were a poorly constructed theories of reality, and knowledge through learning and experience was much more valuable than any thought your head can produce. I understand how you feel, as time has progressed and we become more self aware we realize the way we think, and notice our separation from others. I don't like proclaiming intelligence on any level but I know that as we increase the depth of the thought we can generate and understand, we tend to solve, live, think, feel and separate from others. This is isolating as the fact we can be viewed by other humans for having a different thought be seen as immoral and labeled as a bad person, very isolating. But it takes time to realize that sometimes the best thing to do is to fit in. Which is probably why higher levels are not intrinsically better. I found that the best way to cultivate this idea and expand volume of consciousness is to connect with other people of similar depth. Just always keep in mind, we aren't better that anyone else, and no one holds superiority, as to err is to be human. so always keep an open mind. Good luck on your journey, friend.

I have discovered that the key is learning to "tune in" to the different consciousness levels being expressed or utilized by the individual or group, as well as being consciously aware enough about the advantages(or lack thereof) of discerning whether it is an optimal action for you(myself) to interact with them or not. To practice, you have to engage with almost all the variations of consciousness levels expressed by different beings at their own levels, however once you get the hang of it(or at least when it seems obvious for you to) you choose to associate with those that will optimize your life as well as the lives you too can optimize as well(some are more receptive than others to "change" lol).
Like a string(or in groups, strings) on a guitar, you must learn to understand and be able to recognize the tension(or lack thereof) of each consciousness level, learn to adjust your own to each variation for maximum harmony, and generate the unique symphony of experience we all love called Human Being, filled with both Joy and Suffering, and so much more.
Eventually, you will be so adept at it and the community at large will be so attuned to it that you yourself can be one of the main "Strings" that help to tune all the other strings in order to optimize the world and the future of humanity. At least, that's my theory or wish.
Regardless, good luck to all who read this, and may God bless you and your loved ones.

When level 7 was introduced, my mind was blown. I’ve been having a realization over the past few months that i’ve been improving a lot because i’ve spent a lot of time rethinking my actions throughout my life and what motivated them, how others felt, how those feeling would make me feel, how others would view me if they saw me behaved that way, understanding that different people have different views a lot variety of topics that might seem objective at first, accepting people just think differently and have very different views and goals. I started a new job which i drive an hour to and from so i have a lot of thinking time. I’ve thought about my life over and over. I also acknowledge i have a very different mind now then i did prior to college, my life goals feel more narrowed in and my maturity feels more engrained. I understand that comes with time and experiences, both of those turning me who i am today.
Such a great video, i will be thinking about this all week
Edit: I believe i’ve used level 8 and 9 a decent amount of times recently, for sure when i got close to graduating college, and when i started my new job. After i few times of realizing i was actually fixing bad habits using my mind to reinforce good thoughts and behaviors, i made a mental map of areas of my self i what to work on and broke those areas into bits of benefits and cons. Learning about yourself by examining yourself is one of the coolest things. I still have alot to work on but i can tell improvements have been made and it’s only the beginning

I agree that he could delve specifically into this more openly, but there's still a lot to learn through his usual stuff.
Dating and relationships are an integral part of people, as individuals making contact with each other and the environment is what makes a society (dating is just a part of it, but, you know, people having kids is kind of necessary for a society to continue existing).
Understanding psychology in the modern dating world helps you analyze the levels of thinking people are going through, including your own. Your reaction to his content may help you get your own thoughts and feelings together, letting you see where other people's thoughts and feelings are coming from, and respond accordingly, including a shift in focus to self improvement.
The decision is up to you, but I recommend taking a look at some of his dating videos and trying to understand them.

On level 8 there's probably the perception of the passage of time, which changes depending on the scale you're operating at (like flow state.) Many people treat that as accidental and are peripherally of aspects of it, but consciously entering it is on an even higher since it deals with our attention and relationship with time. Being aware of the threshold of consciousness and what lies outside of it, and actively modifying those boundaries to serve us better might be around that level as well. I don't know what level I am at but I think I'm closest to 9. Very insightful with wild implications.
I agree with 7 through 9, for me, it truly doesn't matter what happens along the way, we can only make our own choices in the grand web of complexity as best as we can as they come up, every step of the way. That is our biggest - and only - power. As soon as we make them, they are fully out of our control and the only influence we can have is by making the choice that throws us in the right direction and wishing that by the time we arrive at our next choice, we can again make one that moves us towards our goals.
That is the true meaning of using the word wish, at least in how I interpret it for myself. I also truly think that we need to get to a level 9 societal structure as _soon_ as possible for a variety of reasons.
This chart just explains so much about my own experience it's crazy. The more I think about it the more real it becomes.
This also explains why to me at least, I have stopped being anxious at all and why I fell like we are all just part of a greater whole - each with our own purpose but ultimately no control. No idea if this makes sense, I really struggle to put these thoughts into words. I really want to have an in-depth conversation with you now haha

Because how can i be sure that that is the case, what about the me that thought 2 years ago, that me was a completely different me, its not the me as i know me today and its definitely not the me that i will be in the future, is the me of today even the me of the future, am I truly even me or even real? What even am I?

as an over thinker who is deeply spiritual and into the materialistic impact of society on spirituality, I spend most of my time thinking on about level 6 or 7 and let all of the consequences of misunderstanding the lower levels and my relationship to the world as affected by them, kinda just sit. as such, I feel like I don’t belong here, because it feels like I am understood by nobody. my main advice that is impossible for me to take at this moment, but you should think about, is don’t let the lower levels fall by the wayside. everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, is affected by them, and if you ignore their affect on you because you feel like you are above it due to your advanced thinking, you will feel above everything, and sitting at the top is lonely, no matter how morally right it can be.

Levels and levels of wisdom right there...
Only with very much experience one can watch the watching of himself watching others throught time and decide where one feeling is better than another in such situations to result in the best reaction to the situation. And position himself in the best possible scenario.
I have created many selves through time and I am very grateful that I acquired such wisdom.
I no longer wonder what would it be if I was like another person, I just know how it is to be like them and basically all the time I know I wouldn't like to be like them just because they don`t have my perspective of things.
It probably is the most valuable thing I have in life.

4:21 This is the same issue with 'therapy' and I bumped up against this problem just a few weeks ago. See, i have an issue with wiping off counters. There's just been this lifelong block with this one thing. I'll do dishes, scrub out the fridge and oven, wipe off the cabinet fronts, sweep the floor... then walk out of the room without wiping the counters off. I actually clean MORE in an effort to avoid wiping off the stupid counters. I hate myself for this problem.
Why do I do it? Goes back to my childhood. Both training and resentments. I fully understand the why. I know where the complex evolved from and how it affected me.
Last week I was talking to my husband and the topic was relevant so I said all that and we finished the conversation and it was done. But later it bugged me.
I kept thinking, so now what? I know this is an issue. I know why I have the issue. I understand all the ins and outs and history and psychology of the issue. But I'm a freaking grandmother for the love of gawd. What the hell am I going to DO about it?
There comes a point where the navel-gazing has to end. You've explored every crevasse here's no more lint to be found in the little hole. You just have to choose to grow up and actually change the behavior.
So I shifted my feelings of resentment from my parent and from my childhood imprinting and made myself resent ME. I now resent that part of me that allowed this BS to carry on for so damn long.
And my counters have never been so clean. See, I can't change the parent. I can't change the past. But I can change what I don't like about myself. I am the one factor in the universe that I have control over, so when I can shift my mindset to "I AM THE PROBLEM" now I have the power to fix it. It's always a sweet rush when that shift happens because I know I'm finally able to move forward.
Us navel-gazers have to realize that insight isn't helpful unless we apply it. My husband is the least navel-gazing person on planet earth, but when he finds some aspect of himself, he just changes it. There is no navel-gazing. "I don't like that I've been drinking as much as I have. I will no longer drink." "I'm suffering because I go to bed too late. From now on, I have a bed time." And then he *actually does the thing... FOREVER.* He truly is a god among men and I respect him so much.
The fact is, why doesn't matter. The only way to improve our lives to to practice radical, personal responsibility and just do the thing.
It's a hell of a lot faster and more effective than the brain stuff.
But I will admit, it's much less fun.

That's why the best self-help advice is to "just do it." If you experience a negative feeling, then DO something about it, and see if you feel better. That's it.
I don't think I've ever benefitted from level 6 - level 7 consciousness. It's like trying to solve for 2 + 2 with a quantum computer. It just overcomplicates things and it becomes mental gymnastics so I can procrastinate taking action.

My jaw was on the floor for most of this video, and not just your animations lol, but rather that I felt myself following along from my own life over the last few years. Recalling times of so-called 'shedding my skin' after low points in my life, saying like "oh yep, that was my exact observation level in high school, College, etc.". I always figured there was something out there like this but never 'on the head' as this. My stoic and amazing dad told me several times growing up that I just thought differently than my peers, and whenever I found myself frustrated about the inevitable alienation that I began to foster around myself, I realized that everyone around me really only thought for themselves and over trivial stuff no less. Growing up around people much older than myself, I managed to live through a depression of prolonged loneliness because I truly felt that somehow what I thought was intrinsically "correct" or "mature". As you said, "...higher does not always mean better." and that could not be more true, perception or wisdom or whatever 100% come at a price; whether sanity, happiness, connections, or anything else. In any regard, thank you for reading this post and a thin slice of my life, i continue to live humbly on the path of life that we all will continue to walk. 'Learning' too much too quickly can be a difficult, and often painful, hurtle to jump, but i encourage everyone to never quit and know when you are just spinning your wheels in life. Be patient, always take a step back whenever you find yourself lost to your emotion. Sorry for the rant, I rarely if ever comment on videos but this felt different, this is a great video with much to process. I hope everyone has a great life ahead!!!

He says: "this isn't some you need Jesus crap"
Then proceeds to offer a religion that you spend essentially forever trying to quit being reborn even though you have no soul or person.
      🤦
All based on the teachings of a man who was just one of the many bodhisattva BUT *specifically* from the "Tuṣita" heaven, (buddhist cosmology is migrane inducing, cuz ya kno: "dukkha") who, depending on which opinion from which buddist "off-shoot"/sect (in other words no one knows, or EVER DID) decided to take the shape of a "white elephant to be reborn on Earth for the last time."
      🤨
This white elephant, enlightened state buddha, from a specific heaven, for whatever reason, went into what I guess he chose to be his mother's womb (via her right side?) to be born, but was still a result of sex of his mom and dad(?).
      🧐
All this to live a life in search of how to "detach" and "break the cycle" which he for some reason was the first one to "figure it out" giving us the "middle road" to achieve nirvana as a means to quit being born over and over again (be good or you might be born as a dung beetle)
      😑
      BUT....
      No "Jesus crap" though...
Obviously you can do whatever you want, you've been GIVEN the free will to do whatsoever you please.
But don't try to reduce the real undeniable existence of Jesus Christ to "crap".
Jesus Christ, who factually lived, that we have verifiable first hand witness accounts of, is backed by historical, archeological, and scientifical evidence...not to mention the literary miracle, the Bible, and it's never been exhausted details and explanations for human existence, creation, meaning, moral values, reason for suffering/evil, death, eternal life after...
but yeah....Buddhism bro, no Jesus "crap", btw check out this dudes channel he's like super close to nirvana man."
I say all that to say this: Believe it or not I got nothing but love for you and since I come from a Catholic upbringing which led me to hate church in the Bible only to eventually come to the realization that my preconceived notions and bias towards the Bible we're not fair and we're founded in my CONTINUED dislike (to say the least) of Roman Catholicism.
once I put aside my preconceived motions biases opinions and simply just looked in to studying the historicity of the Bible alongside some personal spiritual self-reflection and prayer I came to what I believe to be the only logical conclusion and quite easy to come to with that, which is simply that the Bible is exactly what it claims to be.
Jesus of Nazareth, Son of God (literally God in the flesh) came down here 2023 years ago (current year=how long since His bday, go backwards for anytime before [BC] lol, world changing event) to be murdered by His own creation, for you.
God in the flesh, who made the entire universe, was sentenced to Capital punishment: death by Roman Crucifixion.
Order was given by one "Pontius Pilot" who was the fifth governor of the Roman province of Judaea, serving under Emperor Tiberius.
      As a result, your Creator, suffered a horrific death, being tortured, spit on, mocked, beard ripped out, and the One who made the entire planet, hung bloody, entirely naked, disfigured, entrails showing;
this He suffered while having the power to come down off the cross and wipe out all humanity at any point if He wanted to but no, instead we read in Luke 23:34 'Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do...'
God in the flesh died for you.
Because if you're honest with yourself you know that you are what the Bible would call a sinner.
Because besides Jesus who lived a perfect sinless life (only way to be a perfect sacrifice on our behalf is to be perfect) so is EVERYONE ELSE who ever lived.
And a perfect God cannot allow sin into a perfect place such as heaven because if He did, man would ruin all of outer space/heaven just like we are doing to Earth.
And the judgement for sin, anything less than perfection, is death and eternity seperated from God in hell.
But hell wasn't even made for you, Matthew 25:41 “Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you cursed, into the eternal fire PREPARED for the DEVIL and his ANGELS."
And He died for all of His creation because He loves us:
      ‭‭John‬ ‭3:16‭-‬17‬ ‭KJV‬‬
[16] For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. [17] For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved."
So he took your place on the cross, died for your sins, took your sins down to hell when He went there for you and dropped them off, rose from the dead on the 3rd day according to the scriptures, and ascended back up to His rightful place in Heaven.
All that just in the HOPES (because He isn't a slave owner He gave you free will) that you will accept His FREE GIFT (you don't earn it) so that you can be forgiven, clean by blood of the "Lamb".
These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:
      1 John 5:13‭-‬14 KJV
Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
      Romans 10: 9-10
⁹ that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
¹⁰ For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."
      Romans 10:13
¹³For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Get saved brothers/sisters, God doesn't want you trying to worry about breaking The Reincarnation cycle trying to achieve Nirvana or get whatever prize whatever religion is offering you by your own works.
No he wants you to know that you are going to heaven by simply trusting in Jesus Christ dying for your sins. He wants you to have peace, hope, purpose, meaning, a literal one on one personal relationship with you; and to spend eternity in Heaven with you there.
We aren't guaranteed tomorrow, but we are guaranteed to die; don't put it off just simply trust Jesus Christ (cuz it's not crap, only reLIEgion is) and I hope to see yall topside after this short life on earth.

I grew up during the 60s and 70s. Level 6 was going crazy then. Your evaluation is correct, just because a person has embarked on the journey of higher level thinking, doesn't mean it's better. Those in level 6 then, made the mistake of the cliché, throwing out the baby with the bathwater. They didn't take the time to evaluate why things were, and properly assess what would happen if it was changed, replaced, or just thrown out. They also forgot that ideas have consequences.

Once you reach a point where you can observe virtually everything at least once, you can begin to shape reality itself. I believe that there's an infinite amount to acknowledge, but the categories are not. Even if you opt to notice the unity in everything or take a more practical approach, you'll easily adapt to a harmonious lifestyle. The reason the 6th level is so troublesome is because it ignores most aspects of one's perceptions. Every level of thought can be reformed into the values of any of the other ones, except the 6th. It is a bit stuck in the physical aspect of itself. (I was going to post this to the OP, but something happened, I guess. My apologies good sir.)

Before this video, I thought I was going to be at level 4 or 3, but it made me realize how much I think. When I do it, it’s fast in my head, so I didn’t think much of it, even though it bothered me. At some point, every time I was thinking, it felt like watching a movie and predicting the end-like I knew what I was going to think before actually thinking it. It was as if I was stealing someone else’s thoughts, and then it expanded to other things. For example, if I wanted to talk with someone, I would start having the conversation with the voice in my head and arrive at a conclusion. Now, every time I think, I feel fake-it’s not me; it’s the one inside me. It’s like I’ve divided myself into little (but not in a schizophrenic way) parts. And now I understand that what I saw as little parts of me were actually levels of thinking. In his drawing, each level was an eye for him and for me each eye represented what I perceived as a “little me”

Level 9 is actually really useful for peaceful interpersonal activity. The transparency that it creates of "gaps" in the emergence of conscious apprehension of reality helps you sort of... place something in front of people that makes them react, like "what the hell did you just say? why have I never thought of it that way?" and I BELIEVE (don't quote me) that this is why they call it the "ironist." Because you are "ironically" giving people the opposite of what they need to force them to solve their own problem from the inside and make them fill in that gap.

There are two parallels I noticed that are fascinating:
    1) how these psychological/societal levels correspond to the explanation of the 10 physical dimensions.
    2) how the ancient philosophy of Stoicism defaults at beginning the practitioner at Construct Awareness(Lvl8) and places it's goal making Lvl9 the default Lvl1 perspective, which could be said to be the goal of other philosophies/religious traditions(Buddhism for example), but it is the only such philosophical tradition I'm aware of that is fundamentally constructed to begin at such a high level of awareness instead of gradually achieving it.

oh brother how in the hell do you relate the 10 levels to the 10 dimensions lol. Like tell me one distinc thing about the "curled up" dimensions 5-10 and how they relate to anyhting on this list. the only similaritty is that there are 10 of them. It would be pretty cool if there was some fundemental connection between the structure of our universe and the structure of our consiousness but comparing two (flawed) models and then assuming some fundemental connection is non-scientific. First we would need to determine that this is a proper model of concousness for attacking the question. Also, the 6 curled up spatial dimenssions in string theory have never been measured or observed and string theory is only one group of theories that attempts to explain quantum gravuty. There are many others that don't involve extra dimensions

You're explanation of level 8 makes so much sense because I have always felt disconnected from myself. It's as if my being and my person are separated. To those that experience this too, it is a terrifying reality, but it is so powerful. Don't try to escape from that.

I cant believe just this morning I was thinking how our progress through life from babies to the elderly is like a mirror of our progress as humankind, everytime we grow, we evolve, we learn more but it also gets more and more complicated. And then this video comes to me without even searching for it. We really are the universe talking to ourselves

This makes a lot of sense and explains why I'm constantly wondering how other people are unable to see the "bigger picture".
I thought about my thought process throughout the video and came to the conclusion, that I shift between everyone of those levels constantly, but mostly operating from level 7.
Sometimes more primal urges come up and I find myself in the lower levels, until I realise my own stubbornness lmao

lol yeah is like you know you are going primal and suddenly decide to go up again. imo is good to be like that sometimes, if not, you won't be able to enjoy the small things. operating in high levels is draining, so those things are better applied when your activities involve other people and not only yourself.

All that to say, this is PhD worthy presentation and better than most self help material available today. Thank you. I love the drawing and i am inspired. I have been writing daily since 2020 and have overcome my worry about my poor grammar. I did this process but still havent communicated why people should just do it as well as you did here.

Thinking at level 8 only happens to me when very tired and somewhat stressed in a quite environment. And it's exhausting. You can't really exercise this high level thinking on your feet, takes to long to deeply analyse your thoughts just to answer the question "how are you". I tend to delegate some of the process as part of a conversation or with a paper if I need to deeply analyse something.

The only time in my life I took a psychedelic, I was at the connect stage of consciousness. Aware of my existence, but not thinking about it. After the trip, my level of consciousness jumped to the understand level. Permananly. That was 2 years ago. I feel that I am now at the 8th level.
That day has fundamentally changed my life

I feel like I actually recently reached the level where I'm observing my habits and sense of identity changing over time and observing how I observe and even the daily flow through the levels of consciousness. That bit at the end really resonated where you get to thinking about thinking so hard and long that you basically end up with "you gotta start somewhere so this thing might as well be good enough for now"

I had to explain to my parents why I was in my room a lot.
Because of my history in watching my sibling and not wanting to be the center of attention therfore I intentionally isolated myself.
This unintentionally led to self feeling like my parents neglected me as a child. Later, I translated into me feeling called to apologize to my parents for both blaming them and spending time away from them because I didn't feel like I was apart from the family. Thanks to my religious views, I was talking to God, and he encouraged my spirit to actually sit down and have the conversation and be able to walk through each of the psychological levels of stress I was feeling. And have a good conversation with my parents! Praise God

Wow I loved this entire video.
I try to spend a lot of time at level 7 or 8 thinking, I have considered it my “reactionary pause”. It’s the pause while you watch your instinctual response and then deciding what is the best action to take to stay within my character.
When I act out of anger/fear, or feel like I am acting outside of what I choose to be my best character- I often feel as if I have let myself down.

My experience with immigration to a country with better education at a young age really accelerated me into level 5 without fully developing understanding/comfort in level 2-4. I think that this forced me to start reasoning how different groups do things without understanding what I want, what I am, what I believe in. I'm not sure how else it has messed me up but I feel messed up. I feel like a very developed onion with a bunch of layers, but at the core I am empty. Being able to word this out is really helpful. Thank you for your video.

Very developed Onion is an excellent description! I've also gone through a similar up bringing and had to completely unravel the onion to properly understand and observe myself. I still haven't completely unravelled everything, as a very developed onion it takes a while to go through those layers, but as you untangle your own layers you gain a new level of Consciousness.

I think I understand what you mean , I also needed to have that kind of awareness without having the chance to think about myself in anyway , as I grew up in a neglectful household.
So not so long-ago I experienced a time where I revisited myself and my urges , for that to happen I needed a safe space which for me was my mind.
Anyway my point is , I have also felt empty before and I always felt like i was messed up in a way, but it's not constant it goes away .

That's the diagnosis I give myself. I even realize Im in the moment become a slightly tailored version to them, that slowly becomes more like them, that makes it hard for people to not hangout with me, or to engage with sex easy, again I realized my internal processes are so dissociative and almost out of control, it's frightening, especially splitting because I'm kinda dangerous with both Internalizing and Externalizing 😂
