Review Dewalt DCS334B 20 Volt Cordless Jigsaw

I've used a corded jigsaw for years, which I keep on my trailer. However, it became clear that it was time to switch to a cordless jigsaw since I can't always run an extension cord on the jobsite. So I picked up this Dewalt DCS334B since I already use the 20 volt battery system. I'll go over the features and test this saw in this video.

I upgraded my old black and decker corded jigsaw to this model about a year ago and I would highly recommend it as well. One thing I will say and this has to do with batteries is after talking with a carpenter friend i bought 2 waitley 6ah 20v DeWalt batteries off of Amazon and the off brand are definitely the way to go. 2 for $70 and they last as long as the branded DeWalt batteries. Batteries are where you spend all your money and it's nice to have an alternative.

Only time I use the lower speeds us when cutting plexiglass because if you go too fast it starts to melt the plexiglass and it welds back together the slower speed prevents that

For some reason mine won’t stay locked from going into 45 degree and my cut it always really off because of it.
