This is bringing back childhood memories of the two plum trees that used to be in our backyard. They were so much fun to climb on, and some years we’d have baskets full of plums if the harvest was good. And the plums that grew on them made excellent jams and jellies.

Pistachio is my favorite. All my birthday cake were chocolate and pistachio flavored ice cream!! Every year.. i would go bonkers over pistachio creams. I would make first purchase for sure. Have been thinking about a purchase but havent done it yet .

I love dark chocolate covered plums (Polish ones are the best). So when you did the plum cremes on the dark chocolate enrober, I screamed with joy. Another hot flavour - Apricot-chili (or peach-chili). There's a farmer's market near me that does apricot chili jam and it's *so* delish.

Domino Sugar (unless you specifically buy cane sugar) is made from Sugar Beets. Sugar Beets are a Vegetable, therefore...candy is a Vegetable 🤪
It is actually a beautiful looking candy! When it was cut into and you can see the center, it reminded me of amethyst crystals or something like a purple geode. Very beautiful! Thanks for sharing. 😎👍 ~Sharon

I love the colored cocoa butter! I make your creams but the opposite way - so I decorate molds with colored cocoa butters, then add the chocolate shell, then add the creams, then bottom them. The colors are so beautiful!

Non Chocolate covered cremes would be so good! I sometimes scoop the filling out of the Cadbury eggs and throw away the chocolate LOL. Or my favorite thing to do is break the top open and let it dry out the center so it's kind of soft instead of runny, those are the best texture.

First thing I ever canned in my life was jalapeno plum jelly.. I sent it to everybody in my family for Christmas and my brothers both asked for more large jars of it shortly after Christmas
I think these, as well as some of your other fruit creams like blueberry, lime, strawberry, mango, etc. would be lovely and taste amazing enrobed in white "chocolate."

When making plum jam I often spice it with some cardamom. It really punches it up "another notch" as some famous unnamed man might say. It's delicious!

As a fan from Texas, I got excited to hear a mango tajin flavor coming soon. FYI, tajin takes great on watermelon, pineapple and cucumber too. Hearing mango tajin flavor made my mouth water. I will be placing an order or two once you make those. I am sooooooo looking foward to it!

I think I had a plum chocolate drop in my recent order of assorted, and let me tell you-WOAH! It was amazing! I ate it in about 4 bites and savored each bite. And the chocolate coating was SUPER creamy. I’ve never experienced that w a chocolate before. A+++++++++

ive watched you lot since the very beginning and have always been too shy to comment so here goes ....a stone fruit hardcandy or ribbon candy would be cool. For example; peach, plum, cherry, raspberry, blackberry. It would be perfect for autumn and delicious! 😊😊

Cooper has got the rhythm dispensing the creams into the cornstarch molds pretty quick. He also has great taste flavor profiles while he is tasting the premade candy batters. So he is a baker in a bakery?! on his previous job.
