You know..there's something so special about Minori. She's one of the only artists that are actually confident, and optimistic. There's a difference between being just confident, and humbly confident. Meaning she's confident, but she's also able to point out her mistakes, POSITIVELY. She really is an amazing artist! "Art is expensive." No truer words were spoken. Also, I'm kind of sad the blackest black guache didn't work. It has an aesthetic quality to it, but yeah, if it hurts your hand to keep scratching on it, then you can't use it. Especially for art, you want to use the products that are most comfortable to you. You're gonna be working with them for longer than you'd expect. Comfortability > looks. Besides, I love how the finished scratch art came out! ♥ Especially the cute Cinnamoroll. 🥰

Years ago I love to draw like draw from dawn to dust. I'm in love with it. But because of the busy life from being a full time employed single bread winner of the family to married person and now preparing to be a mom the sparks to draw again never even touch my mind. Watching you Minori doing what you love lead me to pick my pencils again and draw. Going to art stores to learn there are so many new art things to try. I felt like something click inside me .I can feel like a rush and immense joy. Maybe you may not read this but I just want to thank you for inspiring me. Trully thank you minori. ❤ love lots.

The earthquake part kind of scared me ngl. You sound quite composed in that segment, tbh i could never 😱 Great work as usual! I like the color choices you made for scratch Nezuko, it all comes so naturally together : the subject (her in demon form), the colors (bright red + pink) and the technique (paint scratching). Regular glass paint Nezuko seems almost like a melancholic manifestation in comparison 🥺💐 (bcz stained glass windows are melancholic to me, ig, sth like that)

As a beginner crocheter your jumper is incredible! It took me months to start trying to make clothing and it’s so cool to see how quickly you have learnt it. I’ve you haven’t tried already, I really recommend amigurumi projects because they are so cuteeee! Love you videos :)

Amazing channel. I was so close to visiting Japan one point myself. I had experience with modeling and in late 2015 I was in contact with Capcom about the facial likeness role of Leon for the Resident Evil 2 Remake. I failed to mention I also have a voice acting background, in the end I lost the part and I can't forgive myself for wasting such an opportunity to visit Asia...
I have purchased white transfer paper before. It is sometimes used for marking the pattern onto painted wood panels used for folk art painting. It can be used for one stroke painting patterns as well. It works the same as carbon paper but is used for dark backgrounds.
I know you might never see this, but if you do, I want you to know I love your stuff. When you try new things, you go in it in a way... that is hard to explain, but to explain, but it makes me feel like I can try new things as well. I appreciate it. Make me want to try new things with my art, and you even show how we can do it ourselves. Thank you ❤️

I remember when I was a kid, my mom using black Tempra Paint on top of crayon for scratch art. This of course was on paper, but I wonder if it would work on glass. Love seeing your experimentation Minori!
I think the last one was my favorite. I really liked that contrast between the two sides. Seemed like a perfect application for scratch art on glass.

I just wanted to recommend an art style which I think you may like because you like alcohol markers
Painting with photocolour
It is kind of like the stuff in alcohol markers but in the form of paint but you have to keep in mind to not merge or blend the colours in the sheet which can cause damage but you have to mix colours separately on another palette for the mixed form of the colour

I absolutely admire how your mind just comes up with these ideas and you have the drive imagination to really think about it and bring it to life! I've made rainbow scratch boards on my own, but to do it on glass? That was the farthest thing from my mind! But, I will say that you've absolutely inspired me to start painting on glass in the first place! I think it was when you painted Princess Serenity from Sailor Moon that I got the urge to try it out since the layering method reminded me so much of cel painting back in the day!

Cinnamoroll is definitely adorable, but I like the nezuko one so much, the translucent paint on the scratch art side makes it look really cool!
