- Danny Kerr, the Captain of the Carters, reads out the Proclamation at the conclusion of the Marymass festival, on Marymass Saturday, 2010 at Seagate Castle in Irvine.
Filmed once again by my brother on his Canon A590. This is the conclusion of the Marymass festival.
Also....the bloke with the messy white hair....isn't that him from Time Team.....?! (Mick Aston).
Ah the memories. I used to walk down that street many a times when I was a little boy. Helped build a house on the left side of the street for Geordie Mckinnon in the 80's
I have not been home since I left in 1989.

I used to work for your grandfather. I helped build his house, 2 story block with slate stone roof right? He build it back in 88 or 89, I worked as a laborer for him before I moved to America, I worked with him and Mark Wallace (Waldo)
