I'm going on the Celebrity Eclipse in 3 months for my very first cruise. Appreciate the honest review - most people just say everything's great. I'm used to the high quality entertainment I get in Vegas, so I know I'm going to have to lower my expectations for the cruise shows. The buffet food looks great, with an excellent selection. I'm also a burger type of guy, so the Mast Grille appeals to me very much. Thank you for a very informative review! Well done.
We sailed to Bermuda on June 23. I thought that the food quality was excellent in the dining room and buffet. Performers in the Eclipse Theatre were very professional. Great shows each evening.
I tend to think the food is the same regardless of where the ship is located (mostly) but the entertainment varies greatly based on the region the boat is sailing in.
We are going on our first Celebrity Cruise on the Eclipse this fall for 11 nights. Appreciate this video. We are Elite on Princess Cruises which is our favorite line.
Make sure to join the Captains Club (which is the frequent cruiser program). On my second cruise, I got a great upgrade. IDK why, but it could have had something to do with my status in the program, as there were a lot of first time cruisers on the boat without any status.
Currently on the Eclipse docked in Bermuda. Completely agree-she’s a beauty. Well run ship with lots of great amenities. Highly recommend the Oceanview Bar or Sunset Bar for great aft views. Many ships don’t have those types of aft-facing bars, but Celebrity does this well!
When you get back, let me know how you thought the main dining room food was. I am currently on the Celebrity Edge in Alaska, and the food in the 4 main dining rooms on this ship seems to be better. I will post a review in about 2 weeks, but I am interested to know your experience!

Good honest video but you didn’t show the fitness machines or weights, dumbells, cables. This is important now that people are more into fitness. Please show the equipment and machines , weights so people can make a good decision to go on this ship or any shop
