I just met that sri lankan's dude whos a bit old, when he knew i am a muslim he wanted to share his belief too, he was like when i moved to France as a Catholic, here in churches they dont do the same things we did there, he said did we believe in a different Jesus? I told him well, in islam its different u cam see Muslims do different things but islam itself never changes.

Dont ever give up or delay once the message has become clear to you. Ask your Creator to guide you to the straight path and inshaAllah you will save your own soul by declaring your testimony of faith (Shahada).

Perhaps you should read 1 Corinthians 1: 18-19 then? For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.For it is written:“I will destroy the wisdom of the wise; the intelligence of the intelligent I will frustrate.”
