sorry, but i think the outlet bag looked way better. the stitching on the retail is horrible and i personally would have returned it for quality. the stitching looked better on the outlet bag.

I have the same retail bag and mines is perfect. I have quite a few outlet bags and coated canvas get old fast!

Rowan is the winner for me. Ruby , the handle bottom sticking out , not tapered down. You missed showing it.

Funny how to “better” purse has dents in the cloth. The factory one is smoother.

Well the retail one is made of Jacquard fabric. Which makes it more flexible and fragile as well. The outlet is a coated canvas so it will look smoother. Again it all boils down to preference ☺️
