Those two motorcycle cops were a cameo! There was a show called "CHiPs" which stands for California Highway Patrol. It was a great show from the late 70s to the mid 80s, running 6 seasons. The blond officer was called Jon Baker and his partner was Frank "Ponch" Poncherello, played by Larry Wilcox (Jon) and Erik Estrada (Ponch). I totally forgot they were in this!!

That John McClane (Bruce Willis) cameo nearly killed me the first time I saw it, absolutely brilliant stuff. Also, the realization of the facial expression has me in tears.
One of the funniest buddy cop action comedy parody movies ever made! They did tease a sequel before the film ended, but it was cancelled as the film didn't make a profit.
The "But you don't have dandruff" conversation was taken almost word-for-word from a Head & Shoulders commercial that had gained notoriety around that time.
Charlie Sheen was a parking attendant when they got their car at the police department (while we were distracted by the Mr. Potato Head in the background). The motorcyle cops were Ponch and John from Chips. So much stuff that would require decades of pop culture to know. Especially the commercial for Head and Shoulders. I rewatched this for the first time in years earlier this year and I cracked up hard. It hurts me that they never made a sequel or even made another spoof in this similar style. I notice you guys haven't done Top Secret yet (from the makers of Airplane) definitely give that a go!

Martin Sheen, father to Charlie and Emilio Estevez, had a cameo in Hot Shots! Part Deux alongside Charlie Sheen. Now, Charlie makes an appearance in his brother's film, playing a valet parking attendant. It's quite amusing how Sam L. Jackson keeps repeating 'Hot Shots' twice, haha!

An amazing riff on the Lethal Weapon movies. With Charlie Sheen (Emilio Estevez's brother) in just a random car valet role begging for cash cracks me up every time. The main characters are named Colt and Luger, historical gun manufacturers (Cold made the 1911 the US military used for more than 70 years, and Luger made the primary German military handgun from 1900 to the 70s). I was LITERALLY!! Thinking y’all should watch this movie, the other day.
The guy who played Leecher (Hannibal spoof), is a great actor. F. Murray Abraham. Another few movies he has roles in you two might want to check out are Surviving the Game, Mimic(recommend the director's cut), and Thirteen Ghosts.
You forgot his Oscar winning Amadeus role.
@@katiestewart5688 Ah. Yes, that did slip my mind. That is a great movie.
Kathy Ireland reminds of a time my younger brother had a crush on her and I told him that I slept with her and she was fantastic then he cried and ran up to his room which was also my room as we shared it.

I loved this movie as a kid. Been too long since I’ve seen it.
It’s heartbreaking what happened to Bruce willlis.
Please, please, please watch "Kingpin" with Woody Harrelson , Randy Quaid, and Bill Murray. So underrated and I haven't seen anyone react to it.
Great movie one of the funniest movie ever made. Another great Emilio Estevez movie is Young Guns , FreeJack and Judgment Night. If you do Horror movies do Tremors. My Favorite part is John Lobiz been thrown in the car in the bag after he is told he is fine :) . You should have watched Lethal Weapon (1,2,and 3) , Basic Instinct and Silence of The Lambs, Dirty Harry before watching this movie you miss allot of the jokes and that is a shame. There is no sequel it is just a joke
