DuBrot The mountains of Nepal can be trekked alone (contrary to what the salesmen in Kathmandu will tell you). We budgeted about 10-15 USD a day between the two of us! A MUST DO!
Marinacation It requires more will power than great physical shape... although fitness does help. The altitude can and does effect anyone. It's important to listen to your body and give yourself enough time to acclimatise. Hope you do visit Nepal - amazing people and country!
