Number one rule when it comes to Dir En Grey: Always watch with subs. Always search for their uncensored PVs and always remember that their live versions are better than the PVs. But the Pvs are great visually.
Yes, this was the censored version which makes it much tamer. I would suggest Different sense PV video, very heavy & "weird". I think you would really enjoy it.
DIR EN GREY was founded in 1997 and the Songs Obcsure and Saku were released in 2003 and 2004. My favorite Song is the Single-Version of "Hageshisa to, Kono Mune no Naka de Karamitsuita Shakunetsu no Yami" (2009).
This is the censored version. Video is disturbing. The sequel to this is Kodou, and then the Third part is Revelation of Mankind. The same actor is in all three, and all three are quite different in style. The uncensored videos are dark and there's a continual story of abuse, and darkness. This song goes off live.
Diru was my introduction to Japanese metal in the early 2000’s I love them so much and if you ever get a chance to see them live it’s an amazing experience.
Obscure on its self without the music video is amazing. I think people have different opinions if their first time hearing it is with the music video. In my opinion better than Saku. But they are different song styles.

This song is over 20 years old :D
I suggest Sukekiyo (other band of Kyo, the singer of dir en grey) - homonshu x (it's so beautiful ❤)
Suggest The marrow of a bone album by Dir en grey
