Julia Hartley-Brewer slams Meghan Markle's summit speech

- Meghan Markle gave her first speech in the UK since she and husband Prince Harry stepped down from their royal duties, telling a summit for young leaders that they were aiding "the positive and necessary" change in the world.
The speech came a week after publication of an interview with The Cut magazine in which she again voiced criticism of how she and Harry had been treated by the royal family, causing a stir in newspapers.
"It is very nice to be back in the UK," Meghan said in the keynote address to the One Young World summit in Manchester, which Harry, Queen Elizabeth's grandson, also attended.
"You are the future, but I would like to add to that, that you are also the present. You are the ones driving the positive and necessary change needed across the globe now in this very moment."
Meghan recounted her first experience at the summit in 2014 when she was invited to be a counsellor at One Young World.
"I'm thrilled that my husband is able to join me here this time," she said, drawing cheers from the audience. "To meet again here on UK soil with him by my side makes it all feel full circle."

What I can't figure out, is what her game plan is - she can't be so stupid that she would believe that the Royal family will welcome her back into the fold after her atrocious behavior. She also lied again! Her claim of being invited "to the table" was not true. According to Tom Bower, in his book, her person had to work very hard to get her a speaking role at the end. However, at the last event which she was to appear, Markle had a major diva melt down about something and left before giving her speech! The poor woman had to go to the organizers and explain why the woman that she begged to get a "seat at the table" just left and cannot give her speech. Bower said that the poor woman went up to her room and cried.
Another point ~ who is she now imitating? Her tone of voice and the way she uses her mouth is very different. She was not a 19 year-old virgin when her people pushed her to the table and begged for a speaking role for their client. She was a mid-thirties divorcee, allegedly twice!
It was in Lady Colin Campbell book as well that she harassed people to get a slot at the table

Look I get that you don't like your in-laws, I absolutely cant stand mine (my husband does not like them either) and we have had our fall outs, but I would never, ever, ever diss them on international tv. In fact I smile and put up with them when I have to...for my husband and would never alienate him from them as if anything happened to them and he was not talking to them, we wouldn't forgive ourselves. I'm not a Brit nor royal fan certainly not the British one, I'm Irish 😂, but that's only a political thing as I'm sure that they are perfectly nice individuals. She is nothing but a hustler pain and simple and I feel sorry for the BRF, they need their titles removed and a media blackout, the media is facilitating this really and feeding into her ego.

One thing not discussed enough is one of the issues they had with the Royal team over their charities, was they had the right to oversee the money collected. The Royal family is very careful to avoid that, as they realize the importance of transparency. Megan and Harry have complete control along with their “private” accounting firm over all monies collected. If you look at the money spent on her wardrobe alone, one wonders how the money meant for the charities is being spent?
