- According to a US report, Meghan Markle has been accused of being a “dictator in high heels”, who sends angry emails to employees at all hours.
The assessment came after speculation on the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's high turnover of staff.
A source, said to be close to the California-based couple, told The Hollywood Reporter: “Everyone’s terrified of Meghan."

They probably won't. I've worked for bullies before and when you get out of the job and they can't hurt you anymore, you just want to move on and forget about them. If you take legal action you're just going to keep a wound open while it slowly gets dragged through the courts. @@lulabellegnostic8402 in the UK, there’s a law protecting individuals. I am quite sure it would be the same in most countries. An employer can only protect their own employees, and deal with things in house. They are not allowed to destroy the reputation of a person, as that person may not behave in the same manner in their next employment. In the UK you can’t tell a future employer bad things about a former member of staff, only facts. You are allowed to say that there was a dispute involving them. We know this already, the palace has said that they were investigating. That’s as much as British law allows without it being in court.
Of course there are “disgruntled” staff….they were abused by the toxic duo
