    Is it possible to access and download hand books with monthly subscriptions?

    • @ClinicalPhysio
      @ClinicalPhysio  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes it is, we limit it to 6 per month however with membership you have access to over 200 tutorials all with handbooks and there is no limit to how many tutorials you watch. Hope that helps

    Both a result of a loss of shoulder IR creating an overcompensation or a twist at the elbow and hand. Sometimes rib mobility is to blame.

      Interesting ideas - thank you

      Whoa, you just diagnosed me. Had a fall out of a tree when I was ten smashing a rib and denting it permanently, since then less mobility on my right side has led to overcompensating on my left. Got cycling palsy (cubital tunnel syndrome) a couple of years into cycling. Looks like surgery may be my best option.

      @@hendrixinfinity3992 restore lower right leg in early propulsion then progressively challenge your IR closer to midline. Then do left sidelying, right low oblique sit and left leg forward bicep curl to untwist it.

      @@TOSUnbound if you could unpick that a tiny bit that'd be great, sounds like well informed advice regardless.
