I laughed when you destroyed the bracelet! Great watch, and surprisingly the lume on the hands does allow you to read the time at 4 in the morning when it is really dark, so it does the job 👍
I bought one straight after watching the Jomw review. I think I paid £65 delivered from Meranom which is an absolute steal for a 200m, all stainless GMT with small seconds. They always seem to be sold out so worth setting up a stock notification. I had an amphibia 670 classic and these are basically an unrefined version of that case. Bracelet is not great but better than usual. I have mine on a strapcode super engineer which is a perfect match. As you say, no date makes this much more versatile. Mines definitely a keeper.
Hi ive bought the same watch and put on a carbon fiber print rally strap , also changed the cask back with the small window clear back, looks great, Thanks for your video
While the bracelet is junk...it works and I've been wearing it for a few weeks no issue. The clasp is just as crap as yours...but its never accidentally opened. I have very hairy wrists but its generally fine... so yeah while i cant say anything good about it can't really be bothered to diss it either. Frankly i think these watches look weird with mesh bracelets...probably going to switch mine to leather.... mine has been running about +6 sec a day out of the box.
I just got one of these and the bracelet isn't as bad as you say. Got to remember you're buying something at a VERY good price...and it's RUSSIAN! You probably don't own an AK? Or SKS? Or Makarov? They must be treated like you mean it....no gentle caressing there but in return you get an almost unbreakable device. The clasp on mine was exactly the same as yours and didn't latch securely...so rather than complain about it I got a small pair of pliers (remember the Russian bit) and gently bent things until it fit just right. Now it clicks tightly shut and will not move until you apply a fair amount of force to willfully unlatch it. That watch is NOT coming off when we don't want it to....so I'm happy and not comparing it to a Seiko or whatever that costs 5x as much. The sharp edges on the case ARE sharp...but wait...they WERE sharp because the case is stainless steel and not plated so a few minutes with a sharpening stone knocked every sharp edge off both case and bracelet. If you don't have sharpening stones....what is this world coming to? 'Consumers' rather than 'owners'....where people would take care of basic things themselves and not complain....fix it! In the end you still have the rock solid movement in a case built like a tank that now has the fit and finish of a MUCH higher priced watch...and you get to have the satisfaction of making it a part of you. The two piece case back was made to be easily serviceable so this is a watch you can keep going without needing trips to the watch repair guy. You don't like the lumination.....that's funny because mine is readable at 0300 after over 6 hours in darkness just fine. I'll agree it's not as bright as my Citizen Eco-Drive but as long as it's legible it's enough..isn't it? And remember that that extra hand CAN be used for GMT but originally was intended to allow submariners to know whether it was night or day when the sun was not available to clue you in. So for working down in the bunker (you DO have a bunker...yes? Oh man...what are we going to do with you?) it's a most excellent time piece that you can count on.

Plenty of videos on how to turn a polished vostok into a brushed vostok. That's half the fun!
Yeh i dod it myself (badly)!!
Thanks for the informative review. FYI Meranom sells solid link and mesh bracelets for these watches.
The bracelet is quite good...compared to the others they do...

Hahahaha ripping apart the bracelet like a boss!!! Bravo!
Another interesting review, thanks.
3:32 I once did something like that to a Sieko SNA413 bracelet by falling down a flight of stairs. Put a few cuts on my wrist by the bottom.
Can you tell me the website you used to buy the watch, Best when you rip apart the cheap bracelet , you are the man. Thanks for the video.
Can you review Vostok Komandirskie k-39 GMT Thanks
Большой привет из России! Приятно было посмотреть обзор на российские часы на Вашем канале! И браслет на них реально никакой!)
Welcome from Russia, hope you are well. Yes the bracelet is very bad. Thanks.
Shame to destroy the original bracelet really, even if you never use it - no matter how crap it was!
