- Vulcan bomber XH558 comes to the end of its flying life in 2015. Here is the final display of this amazing and much-loved cold-war aircraft at RIAT on 19 July 2015. Video includes the memorable flypast with the RAF Red Arrows aerobatic team. Farewell XH558.

8 years later and I still remember this. This will be one year I will never forget. Even to this day I miss seeing the Vulcan at the airshows.
Really saddened it won't fly again...love that plane, such an iconic design and a roar like no other

+davidjellis I saw her last year at the Herne Bay airshow, sad it was a farewell flight. A beautiful Aircraft built for a Horrible job, dropping the Blue Steel & Yellow Sun Nukes. I'll miss her!
