    Recipe 1:
    1 lb or 450 grams of salmon
    Salt and pepper
    Make incisions
    Oil for frying
    Butter
    2 garlic cloves
    Rosemary
    Bake in the oven for 5 minutes (350F or 180C, convection mode)
    1 teaspoon mustard
    1 teaspoon of honey
    Olive oil
    2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    Freshly ground pepper and salt
    Lemon juice
    Slice the carrots
    Olive oil
    Chili pepper flakes
    Salt and pepper
    3 tablespoons sour cream
    Juice of ½ lemon
    2 garlic cloves
    1 teaspoon of honey
    Salt and pepper
    Chop the dill
    2 oz or 50 grams of butter
    A tablespoon of tomato paste
    Salt and pepper
    Recipe 2:
    1 lb or 450 grams of salmon
    Remove the excess parts
    Make incisions
    Chop 2 shallots
    Chop 1 large garlic
    Olive oil
    Add 40 ml of cream
    Salt and pepper
    1 can of canned beans
    Cook for 3 minutes
    Chop the cherry tomatoes
    Chop the olives
    Mix the beans with a blender

    Fry the salmon for 5-6 minutes on each side

    Fry the spinach

    Boil the couscous for 5 minutes
    Grate the carrots

    3 tablespoons chickpeas
    Add the raisins
    1 teaspoon mustard

    1 teaspoon of wine vinegar
    1 clove of garlic

    Cinnamon
    Smoked paprika and cumin
    ½ teaspoon of honey
    Add olive oil and mix very well
    Add couscous and sauce

    4 oz or 120 grams of cream

    Cook for 3 minutes under the lid
