    The Japanese chef will share with you how to make teriyaki sauce for sushi and how to make teriyaki chicken roll sushi that is popular in restaurants.
    The prepared teriyaki sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for three months and can be eaten with chicken, fish and sushi.
    Sake is available at SAQ, mirin and Japanese soy sauce are available at Kim Phat supermarket.
    You can make 5 medium rolls for two people:
    Ingredients:
    Round rice 250ml / Riz rond 250ml
    Water 250ml / Eau 250ml
    Vinegar 50ml / vinaigre 50ml
    3 Chicken thighs 300g / 3 Cuisses de poulet 300g
    2 Avocados / 2 Avocats
    1 Red pepper / 1 Poivron rouge
    Teriyaki sushi sauce:
    Japanese Soy sauce 150ml / Sauce soya japonaise 150ml
    Sake 150ml / Saké 150ml
    Mirin 150ml / Mirin 150ml
    Sugar 75ml / Sucre 75ml
    Cornstarch 2Tbsp / Fécule de maïs 2Tbsp
    Water 2Tbsp / Eau 2Tbsp
