I’ve been laughing at this for a week. Let’s not forget the props for the make-up team. I think it’s fair to say their contribution catapulted this skit out of the park.

Every time Ryan Gosling is on SNL he ends up in an all timer skit.

@@kcroylbalz4790 been watching since I was a child, I was that kid that was super into SNL. I would watch all the old reruns on Comedy Central, and this is all strictly my opinion. I base it simply on how hard I laughed. I laughed super hard at the alien one he did too.

Because, unlike the cast members they get in alot of shit if they break and it will affect their career. So yeah, they have alot more to lose.
I would've lost my sh!t. I think they must screen all the extras for people that can keep a stone face. No way they are all just randomly that good at it.
I was at a stand up show in Ireland years ago Pat Shortt and I laughed so loud he used me in a skit and made me sit in front of the stage while he made a dummy pretend to vomit!!! That's bad 😂

I mean, usually that adds to it, if the sketch is actually funny to begin with. This was terrible. Laughing at other actors not being able to act and laughing...hilarious. I feel like everyone that thinks this is funny just started watching SNL in the past 10 years. Which have been unbearable. Can't wait until this garbage is canceled.

I'm 63 and Im pretty sure I've seen every SNL episode ever. I remember all the great comedians and all the great skits. I don't remember one that made me laugh this much. I've heard Lorne doesn't like it when the actors bust out laughing but Heidi, thank you. You took this skit over the top. I bet I've watched this 50 times since it aired. Every time she loses it, I lose it🤣🤣🤣

I sat there wondering when the funny part was. Everyone keeps saying how great this skit was. Never found an opportunity to laugh. When people break at a genuinely hilarious or bizarre moment, that's great. When everyone is giggling the whole time, and shit isn't funny, it's really annoying.

If you don't, "everyone" else does so there must be something wrong with you. Everyone has terrible taste. Or have been ruined by the poor quality of SNL throughout the last 10 years. I don't know why I have to be sour to have that opinion. This sketch wouldn't even be in the top 500 SNL sketches of all time, so how can it be one of the funniest ever? There are literally seasons where every sketch was better than this one. If you've only been watching for the past 10 years, put Keenan on. Every one of his sketches is better than this.

@@hoover728Wrong. Gardner revealed that she had actually seen Gosling and Day in their full prosthetic look at the episode’s dress rehearsal earlier in the night. So, she's just unprofessional. Terrible skit. Hats off to Keenan for always doing a great job! Fire Heidi.
