This is a very great and original concept! But keep in mind that the Saikou corporation COMPLETELY controls the media, so it’s very likely the photo will be either taken down or dismissed easily.
Even if it does, it doesn't mean that people will forget about it )

@Jolin Chen Usually the system scans the posts, and Megami is the daughter of the president of Saikou corps, so that probably will be deleted, and Saikou corps can’t possibly have a debt, unless info or someone screws it up.
Ps: Info probably isn’t that powerful- but hackers are unbelievable

Another possible subject of rumors you could spread might be that Megami's a sexist against men.
Think about it; all the student council members are female. She only spends time with a select few men. You could even doctor some audio to make it sound like she's trash talking men, or snap a photo where she's talking to a bullied boy, making it seem that she's talking down to him because he's male.

I love this elimination method but Megami is the hardest rival to destroy. There has to be something that would make this challenging.
For example she wouldn’t already have those photos on her gallery. You might have to (over the course of the 9 weeks) collect enough money so that you can pay someone to force Megami into taking those pictures who will then send it to you. Stealing her phone might not be as easy as others. She might only bring her phone once a week so you would have to stalk her to figure out which day she’ll bring her phone so that you can take it and upload it to her Instagram. BUT, getting her phone password won’t be easy either. You might have to befriend the WHOLE student console in order to hear what Megami likes and then using that information, guess her phone password.
I know I’m over complicating it but Megami is truly a great rival so it would be disappointing to me if it was super easy to take her down yk?

Have you met anyone with power and money? Megami doesn't have standing witnesses but has a lot of cash, she can pay out the scandal and be fine. Now if you send, say, the substitute raping a boy in class to the Student Council and show Megami near the door, that will land her in prison and hopefully the entire game and all of you in there too.

this is great but I dont think you remember in the headmaster tapes that the headmaster said saikou controls everything and they could brush it off as edited.
it would have to be more complicated then this such as hacking saikou corp.
