1. You can buy a Challenger R/T with a sunroof, 2. You don't buy an R/T for good gas mileage, 3. You can always beef up your wheels/tires, 4. Who really needs a heated steering wheel? 5. Uconnect has bugs like most bluetooth devices but it's not that bad.
1. I like sunroofs but I'm living without it in my current challenger no problem 2. I didn't buy a challenger for gas mileage 3. Tires and wheels can be changed anytime 4. This is an unnecessary feature 5. My uconnect is working fine so far

I worked hard my whole life! Sometimes words aren’t enough I’m 33 never owned a car my entire life and I have put priorities over myself. I’m active duty right now so when I get home I’m going to get my life straight.
Same here. I like that message at the end, really nice to hear. I actually really really like the 2022 Charger SE Plus cause it was what i rented out in California and it was so awesome, comfy and good on gas. 2023 lets all make it happen
I fw how detailed that he said he stopped saying he wanted it and starting saying he was going to get it 💯 that’s the mindset you gotta have when you want some shit
Also just put goodyear exhilerate tires on my 2015 challenger..there hook up really well..way better than the factory stock tires..will spin a bit in 1st gear..2nd it hooks..my car is manual
Gotta have a standard bro. As far as fuel economy I’m used to getting 12 mpg so 20 is a blessing. Also you got a muscle car you don’t buy that for the gas mileage but good video man
only legit complaint is the last one. the gas mileage is really silly because u r averaging 20.4 mpg from a big heavy powerful car, which is actually pretty good.
That shits annoying as hell. There's an easy fix. Pull the fuse in the trunk takes 2 seconds. My car has a 300 pound sound system right in the trunk so doing it is impossible by myself. Just have to let the car sit for 30-40min and let it restart.
Maybe if you ordered something other then the base model rt you would solve half your issues. And you bought a car with a v8 of course it's not great on gas.
The only thing I hate is what I already know and expect from a Dodge and that’s the cheap plastic other than that gas is actually good in my opinion about 20 mpg
Bro you knew that before you bought it so come on, its like buying the new ps5 and two days later making a video saying a dont like the white color ... gtfo
No sunroof? Get with Whistlindiesel they can hook it up. Bad gas mileage? Try driving a Jeep. Non heated seats/steering wheel? Remote start. Stock tires? Yeah that is a problem. Uconnect? Yeah that Uconnect is crap.
Vid must've been made years ago, 5.7 hemi means from gas station to gas station now, shiiii"" gets scary when you get stuck in traffic on the freeway, shid 😂
My g slick top is way better than a sunroof you get more head space like 2" more I believe plus no leaks in the future from sunroof gaskets you don't have
If u like the challenger rt dont say anything because the more shit people talk about it the lower the price will be so hold ur tongue and you will get it
Things dodge challenger RT owners hate about their RT ? Looking at my 2018 Camaro 2SS's rear end! 😈😈 lol (I'm jk btw, i respect dodge, mainly since my best friend (homie. Whatever people wanna call him) is a mopar boy with his 2018 Challenger RT)
Your car looks badass. Question for you; I'm 17 working a job that pays 11 bucks an hour and getting around 20 hours a week. My current car can run for another year or so but there are a few slight issues now. I really like the challenger; looks mean, drives nice, and would be newer and faster than my current car. Do you think I should make the investment of getting a used 17-18 challenger? It's going to be hard to afford everything in life if I got the car but I feel like it's worth it. Just trying to get an opinion from someone who owners it.
No bruh you tripping not gonna lie. And since you 17 the car note is most definitely not going to be what you see on these websites. You gone have to be paying over 350 minimum for a 18' challenger depending on the price; and then you have to worry about insurance which is gone be over 120+. With an $11/hr job you are not going to have anything left for yourself. Wait 🤗
I'm 39 and I've been waiting since 2007 to buy a challenger. There's nothing wrong with having a dream car and putting the work in until you can afford it. It's been 13 long years but I finally bought a 2018 SXT 2 weeks ago and the wait was well worth it. Don't kill yourself financially to purchase a car. Trust me on that. You want to be able to enjoy it and you'll never enjoy it if you're broke and worried about money every day. Work your butt off, find a decent job and before you know it, you will have your ride.
MD88Pilot Im 17 as well , I work installing carpet , it’s a good pay bro. Get into construction work , and you wouldn’t worry about any car payments. I’m between the scat and rt , but the rt is a bit cheaper to finance and to put insurance so that’s a plus.
@@d.o.n9249 i know these comments are old but i also am curious for myself ? Im 21 i get paid 15 a hr and i have no credit history im currently building my credit im a month in , but i was thinking i would put 1500 down ? I have a 2012 ford fusion se but its old about 258k miles and id trade it in for it as well im just trynna understand how much i might be paying for like a 15 or 16 rt

Bro literally this car isn’t to get good gas lol and it ain’t some beach cruiser where you can roll the sun roof down it’s muscle dawg, heated seats is a minor thing, uconnect is a lil outdated I’ll give you that 😂.
It's pretty good actually, better than others on the market. I think the crashing is when you have your phone connected to it and it is updating. Android Auto just released a big change, that might clear up some issues.

He complaining bout the gas but he just got the car sitting there running 😂
Driving gloves. My biggest gripe is the shit audio system. Tinny.
I’ve never even heard of a heated steering wheel? Like wtf? These are like spoiled people problems lmao. It’s a muscle car not a rolls Royce
Mine has heated seats and steering wheel. It’s a comfort feature 💪🏾
1. No sunroof
2. Gas Milage
3. stock factory tires
4. No heated steering wheel
5. Uconnect freezing up
Lol and most of that is just the package 😩
1. I like sunroofs but I'm living without it in my current challenger no problem
2. I didn't buy a challenger for gas mileage

I have a 2017 Challenger GT and I can tell you that U-Connect freezing happens a lot. Mine started about a year after owning it.

I got a Prius. $20 gas gets me 300+ miles...but I still want a Challenger 😔
Sounds to me like you should of grabbed the rt plus
Can't hate on an RT. Just made the last payment on my '18 RT. Best car I've ever owned!
Zach Long you thinking about selling it ?
Lol not particularly but money talks
How much would you have in mind?
If I had to sell it I would put it between 25k-30k
I was about to get the 2020 rt but when I test drove it I saw that gas move 😂 went with the 2020 GT lol
June 2022, that how $30 looks like right after you start the car. My next buy, love those hemi.

There is a process you can you can do to reset u-connect..look on youtube..takes 30 seconds...think you need to buy a Prius😅
Shid my rt last a week on a tank of gas bruh.
Same...
My dad has a 2016 challenger
Lol all those are just options you didn't pay for other then the uconnect.
1 thing that I hate about your challenger. You don't have a manual transmission.

Best way to save gas: baby tf out of your car 😂 no cap I get 24mpg/city and like 25/27 highway out both my 5.0 and my RT.
30 in two days but he never mentioned the amount of driving he did in two days. So it doesn’t really mean anything
