Hi Kevin, very creative & unique carving. It is a wow!! I am amazed how you can keep all these faces in balance. I find it difficult to carve a figure with one face. You do indeed have a special talent & it is amazing & inspirational to watch you carve. Thanks for sharing.
Marvelous carving, such a great skilled artist. It's amazing how you can keep the proportions and details so consistent on all the corners. Great idea better execution.
This is a really cool one but I suspect it's harder than it looks. You have to really watch your symmetry. The upside is you get a unique piece and its way cooler than a practice stick. Thanks Kevin. Oh, and the smudged colour pencil idea is brilliant, I'm definitely trying that on a bunch of other carvings.
Far out, unique and very cool! Some projects I like to practice carving a face on the other side. I've tried to carve the troll based on a bear from that book! Thanks for the content.
I like the strangeness of these just like the double eyed guy!
Doug, I find these kind fun to do plus a little bit of a challenge
This a great video Kevin ..I like this design ..E.J Tangerman was a pioneer of carving and his books were great ..Thank you Kevin for sharing

Where do u get that size wood from? I live in the uk kevin. Where are u from and where can i buy that basswood sized wood?
I buy it at a Home Hardware store. It's white pine I use. It comes from the east coast of Canada. That's where I live
