Without wishing to appear patronising, a superb video. You know your subject, communicated it clearly and confidently and above all, added value to my Inspire 2 experience. I purchased it a couple of days ago and was struggling with parts of the application. Not any more thanks to you.

I’m about to get one of these in the mail. I weighed around 240-250 and I started a diet and exercising now I’m down to 200. I won it as a prize in a healthy lifestyle contest. They’re letting us keep the exercise equipment that they gave us to help too.
Thank you for this video, I’ve never used a Fitbit before and just wanted to know how to use it before I get it.

Sincerest thank you for such an easy to follow tutorial. As a person with a disability, I tend to become overwhelmed by instruction manuals because there's too much information to take in and it doesn't always make sense. I'm a visual learner so your tutorial made the process simple, no stress and informed me on how to get the most out of my device. Thanks again 😊

Thanks for this video. I just purchased my first fitbit and was stuck on getting started. Excellent explanations and examples by you. THANKS

I had to stop and add my thank you for your grace in knowledge of this Fitbit 2 watch which I got from my health insurance as a gift. Back in December 2021. So, long story short I’m a carrier who’s route is about 14 miles walk every single day until I retire( pray for my knees) but, I said all that to say that I simply said I’ll take full advantage in the free give away and try this thing out! So, Idk how these things work and I want to THANK YOU FOR YOUR SIMPLE TUTORIAL! Also, how do I put my red light back on? Does that tell my bpm? And my heart rate isn’t showing? What do I do?

I know it can track your sleep and give you info, but does it give you the option of setting up a special alarm which wakes up at the right time according to your REM readings, or sleep depth and all that? That would be the one and only reason for me to buy this, so it's important. Thank you!

The band attachment system on the Inspire 2 is a nightmare! Twice now the plastic by the holes the band pins go in has broken and that makes it impossible to wear this watch. Since it had a one year warranty Fitbit had me submit photos and they have now replaced it twice for the same issue. My third Inspire 2 is supposed to arrive in two days. I'm dreading it. It's a major pain to install the band, and in a few days it pops off and the plastic will be broke again. It's a design flaw and I have read so many complaints online from others who have had the exact same problem. I wish they would give us the option to exchange this for another model, but they haven't.

When you turn on an exercise, your watch gives you more detailed information, opposed to if you didn’t turn exercise mode on, such as your pace and how long you’ve been doing the exercise (if you open Fitbit on your browser it shows you a map and approximately the areas in which you walked), it also alerts you when you are in fat burn or cardio. Overall, I’d say it’s definitely much better if you turned the mode on because you get a much more detailed report after your exercise ! :)
