My best friend from my first day at work died last year aged 55, cancer. My lord….she LOVED her braids. I’m white but through the years learned to Iove them as she did. Losing them through chemo was heartbreaking. But she was an awesome individual and an amazing human being. I miss her.

This was my go to summer style in the early 2000’s except it was cornrows or flat twists since stitch braids weren’t invented. That hair is beyond beautiful!!! I’m right with you on symmetry….I just can’t with unevenness.

I would do this with my own hair (no add ins) but my hair is soo tangly. It would take hours to detangle and probably even longer to part. Ain't nobody got time for all that!
So I just wear simple twist outs because I want to live! 😂
My hair is super tangled 4b and I found that before washing I just wet hair 90% and add any conditioner and then I rub it through with my hands it’s very soft then I brush with wide paddle brush from tips to root good luck
@@mmxw2294 Thanks! I do this too but with my fingers and a comb, and on a good day I'm done--3-5 hours later! Still will never go back to a perm. 😂
