Welcome, as i understand ur question is LSA CODE - 4.2.7.2 Provision shall be made for marking each liferaft with the name and port of registry of the ship to which it is to be fitted, in such a form that the ship identification can be changed at any time without
opening the container.

Prom practice side , supplier generally arrange the name of the ship and the port of registry stickers already installed on liferaft container to avoid any paint stencils by the crew side, to avoid the removing paint in future.
