Love your videos, what you are doing and love you as a person ! By the way, shouldn't it be "brought" and not "bought" (bring vs buy) ?

Passion. I’m looking to buy my first ebike. We don’t have anyone that sells R&M bikes in my home town / city. I am still looking to buy one though. I think it will be worth travelling to test drive and hopefully buy one. Im unsure will I be going for a roadster, a delite or the new urban range due out this summer.

I would compare R&M not to Bentley and Rolls, but rather the British Leyland line of yore (as regards reliability and repair network).

@@FullychargedUK An advantage of doing videos is that when someone refers to this or that a picture or even motion video can be shown whilst they continue their conversation. The title inferred a "Factory Tour".

I do love my R&M Supercharger. But I'd sure love it more if it'd received even an iota of proper support from the factory after I got it, e.g. when it became apparent that the rear rack had been manufactured incorrectly, with it bent out of alignment, requiring the fender mounting hole to be expanded just to keep the fender from being misaligned and rubbing on the tire, and even after that of course the rack doesn't sit straight on the bike.
For nearly $10K, seems like a bike ought to be built right.
Oh, and man the audio mix on this video is terrible. Music supposed to be in the background, level way too high, making it nearly impossible to understand what's being said.
