It depends on flight to flight. Once I traveled in Air India and it was a very good experience. And second time my parents were traveling in Air India to Europe, they had worst experience because there were bed bugs in the seats. All the passengers were irritated as they were bitten during whole trip. I am sure bed bugs went to many people's home in their clothes and luggage also 😅 Enjoy your trip 👍 Greetings from Russia 🙏🇷🇺❤️🇮🇳

when I was a student, I went to Roma(Rome) station(Termini Roma) and a thief stole a small bag(girls) from our group distracting attention in the late 70's I visited again in 1981 for sightseeing and shopping. I visited. At that time Italian economy was bad and people were poor. In the Rome train stations a lot of Pickpocketers and thieves. Maybe now improved due to the economy and it was done by white Italians who were experts in Europe and did their business in the UK, France, etc. Later came the Romanian Romas and other east Europeans too.

Wait for some time man, they have ordered new flights , they are into complete overall of aircraft, you cannot expect new management to overall all the aircraft in a single day, after 3-4 years they will be in a good position with new aircrafts
I have same experience on last six air india flights with Seat and Screen with water dripping down from the top probably condensation build up that cleared later on,
No fault to Tata as this was there before Tata took over from national carrier where services were very poor,
Tata is making it better now But All Dreamliner Aircrafts cabins needs to be checked throughout.
Air India का मेरा भी experience बहुत बुरा था। वह भी कल रात ही। 3 घंटे लेट हुआ। और फ्लाइट में सीट भी टूटा फुटा था। So don't take Air India flight.

I just flew with Air India from San Francisco to New Delhi. Every food tray was broken. There was no entertainment, as the tv monitors did not work, the rest rooms were old and most were in a bad state. But air hostesses were friendly and very hard working. They kept the rest rooms clean and helped older Indian passengers. If the airline gets new planes things will get better.
